Yuusha Yoshihiko to Maou no Shiro

The story is set in an ancient time, when the whole country was covered in thick forests. A mysterious plague breaks out, resulting in countless deaths. A pure young man named Yoshihiko becomes chosen as a hero, and he sets out on a journey in order to save a village. He has two goals - to bring back the legendary plant that can cure the plague, and to rescue his father Teruhiko who left to find the plant but never returned.

I loved this! I had a bad day but found Ayano Gou was in an episode so I watched the drama and lol it was the best. Made me laugh so hard. I just couldn't even...and Shun Oguri was in it and...ahaha. I need to watch this again. It's right on there with Hana Kimi 2007 in hilarity. XD

excited about all the positive feedback on the drama, will pick it up. also noticed alot that there was a second season, so def has to have done something well in teh first season. downloading now!

I'm a big Dragon Quest fan and I found both seasons of this show to be awesomely funny!!

its much better as it goes on. once u get used to the sort of comedy and there seems to be somewhat of a overarching plot and the change in setting is good. the ed sounds pretty good too

takayuki also seems like he wud be an eye candy for girls
