Question to Bayside Shakedown fans

Well, I have seen Odoru Daisousasen drama and movies through and through, but still, I did not figure out one thing. I hope you can help me out:

Do you know what is the real (and where is located) building that "played" Wangan Police Station in the drama and the two movies? See picture:

I found out where the real buildings are which played the MPD Center and the WPS station from the 3rd and the 4th movie, but I have zero information on the one above. I think it looks supercool and very 90-ish, so I would love to visit it someday. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
