Looking forward to see Kamenashi in a new drama. Also, anyone notice a prevailing aeronautic theme in J-dramas this year? First Apoyan, then Soratobu, now Miss Pilot.

He has been doing Aibou since the 11th installment, which was aired last year. Just like the latter, it's VERY unlikely to be subbed

Looks like another boring season, but I'll try Miss Pilot nonetheless just because the theme and my fondness towards All Nippon Airlines (airlines in which the show refers to)

I have noticed that K-drama fans tend to b more rabid than J-drama fans about upcoming dramas. For example, I looked at the page for Heirs and it already has like an 8 rating and has got a rating of 10 from 70 people already. o_O No offense to K-drama fans but damn...

You shouldn't make generalized statements like that one. It sounds like like you are referring to EVERY K-drama fan, when that's not the case. I, for one, consider myself a K-drama fan, even though I do watch dramas from other Asian countries, and am very annoyed by the fact of some over the top fans.

The people who rated a drama that hasn't even aired yet, have done so, not because they are Kdrama fans, but in fact cos they are idiots.

I think you will find that being idiotic isn't linked directly to ones drama preferences.

This isn't the first generalization I've seen you make about Kdrama vs. Jdrama fans. I find it unfair and a bit offensive.

I find it just as unfair as when I see people comment that Jdrama fans are a bit stuck up and holier than thou. This site is for every fan of every kind of drama from every country. Please be more mindful of that when you comment.

Thanks. Because I'm always looking forward to every season of japanese drama, so once it's up I post it.

And I usually add them to the database after posting it but I was so sleepy last night, so I plan to do it right now ^^

It's just that I haven't found a good Jdrama blog to go to and learn fast what's coming out. MDL is great but it's practically my only source really other than other Jdrama fan discussions.

This one place to come for the whole round up is kinda nice Sygwen. Good job. If I missed a thread like this you've done before let me know. And I hope you do it again.

Come on, it does appear in any fandom even in Japanese ones. Mostly JE fangirls (no offense) and I am annoyed by such behavior

Err...what about Jadefrost's drama weblog, it given reasonably good insights of the upcoming dramas. Not mentioning it also put not only cast list but scriptwriter ones as well, the thing we sorely lacked

For reviews, I usually cling on Akiramike's blog. Not for those who cannot take killer critics, though, but worth seeing coz his analysis is somewhat different and meaty to other reviewers (though I myself don't always agree to them)
