Forgot the title hoping for help (movie (?) with a mastectomy)

Hi, I watched a movie (pretty sure movie not drama) some time ago and am hoping someone can help me out because I've completely forgotten what it was.

The main lead has breast cancer (I think) and has to get a matectomy (boob removal surgery). I think it's highly likely to have been released in the 00's. I don't remember much else about it but I remember I enjoyed it and want to watch it again. It was definitely Japanese.

Please help if you can.
