My first J-drama was Japanese-American: 99 years of love. That was the heart-touching J-drama I ever watch. I would love to see South Korea making something like this talking about Korean-Americans using both Hallyu stars and Korean-American actors/actresses on the same screen (*imagining Choi Siwon and Daniel Dae Kim appearing on the same screen*).

I believe there is a Korean American romcom movie with a South Korean Actress Kang Hye Jung called Wedding Palace

My first J drama was Proposal Daisukusen which I discovered Yamashita Tomohisa

Was it Koizora? or Ouran High School Host Club??? I believe it's the second one since I was so young (about 14) when I read the manga and started searching for Anime and Drama :3 Still Koizora is considered #1 for me too since I was a bit older and more aware of things... Those were the days my friend..
