I don't know the titles and singers of the last 2 songs in the last 8 minutes of the Director's Cut so if someone can share, that would be much appreciated!

Ah, I see. Yes, I agree... the songs in the album do fit the show perfectly. Actually, almost all the song selections the production team used for the show including those by 5 Alarm, is so fitting and perfect in the places where they were used. The soundtrack really elevated the show to me.
