FL that stubbornly refuses to depend on ML

Because of trust issues FL can't rely on ML.  like she would go about her plans thinking of multiple ways to get out of situations but never him .

And I need this to visibly bother ML. and for him to bring it out to her and tell her how hurtful it is.

Is there such a scene such as this? 

Prefer costume drama to moderns for context. could be ANY country.

There's a scene like that in Hoshi Furu Yoru ni where FL deals with a frightening situation, gets help from the SML, but not the ML and he's very hurt by that, assuming she doesn't feel he's able to be relied on because he's younger than she is and deaf.

Also maybe Fortune Writer - FL has her own goals and deals with stuff herself and ML is hurt by that toward the later part of the drama.

Hi, actually I hate ending like The Red Sleeve usually though something about The Red Sleeve is different for me. Fyi, The Red Sleeve is the only sad ending/open ending I rated over 8/10. It ends with the death of a Lead BUT it is hopeful in a way for them. Don't know how to explain that, like they will be reunited eventually ? All I can say is that it was worting it. But I do understand your opinion, I too tend to avoid sad/open/bittersweet ending as much as possible since I can't stand them and my ratings drop soooo much  because of that ^^
