I suggest a similar function that Instagram has; to see how the issue is resolved when you make reports - most importantly, comment reports.
Many times users report comments, but in the end, don't know if the said comment was indeed dealt with by MDL staff or if the appeal was rejected.
I suggest to use same system that works with contributions - you usually get rejection message, so that is a form of feedback, but for comments, we get 0 feedback and I have seen other forums where people are confused, whether MDL staff is actually looking through the reports, or not.
