Mark a list as spoilers

It'd be great if there was a way to mark a list as spoilers. The way I imagine it, the list title would remain visible, but the PREVIEW part of the list would be replaced with either blurred covers or with black covers. The list itself would not be treated as a spoiler if someone decides to click on it. 

Here's some examples:

Not a bad idea. I also have a spoiler list that I sometimes feel bad about because the preview shows the covers. I gave some votes :)

I'd love it! An option to also blur the name (ie. on drama pages, on the "Popular Lists" side bar) would also come in handy
