I blocked https://mydramalist.com/profile/chiyosansview a week ago because she was being overtly obnoxious about me voicing my opinion on a show.
Today I am harassed by this same person via a second account:

I also notice she rated the show Lovely Runner on this second account, the only show on the list on that account.
Not sure if there's any rules for this but someone going out of their way to do this I would think fits:
#1: Harassment
#2: Bypassing Block by using a secondary account
#3: Ratings manipulation with multiple accounts
EDIT: She quickly removed the show and rating from the second account.
