"not found" error while posting comments

I am still getting the "not found" error when posting comments. The comments get posted, but the person whom I replied to does not get notification for it.

I also got "Not Found" after posting a Comment. 

The comment did show, though.

Good that I did not panic and did not make a double one:-)

My comment was not reply on someone else's.

I think it might have been an issue with chrome. Error still shows up there when I'm using it, but now that I moved to mozilla, no issues.

i just had it happen to me on chrome xD

Error occurs again but this time it shows "not found" error but post comment shows up on refresh.
