Addressing Troll Accounts: A Call for Action and Dedicated Reporting Channels on MyDramaList

I had already complained but no action was taken so I am here.

This user  https://mydramalist.com/profile/Wynwyn555  is unnecessarily getting into arguments with people. He has not spared any user in the drama page  https://mydramalist.com/720329-the-queen-woo  to poke at. He is confronting every user whether they want to talk to him or not. And wants to impose his thoughts on them. This is not a sign of a healthy environment. It appears that many others have also raised concerns, and there is growing frustration about whether complaints are being effectively monitored and addressed. If complaints are not resulting in action, it might discourage users from reporting issues altogether. 

I have no objection to anyone's ideas or suggestions and probably no one would have any objection but to imposing one's own thoughts. Which is what this user is doing by troll all users. If you check his activity then you will come to know. And I suspect that he has not one but two-four accounts through which he is trolling people. Or maybe he has a group of friends to troll.

There is already  suggestions to deal with such users. but haven't implemented.

Just like there is a thread   https://mydramalist.com/discussions/support/32058-lots-of-spam-by-bits-please-delete  for all types of spam reports, why not open an individual thread for reports of troll users where this can be handled separately?

Why not do this for some relief until the above suggestions are implemented?

It seems that the issue lies with this particular person, as I've noticed several instances where people are merely discussing the drama, without even mentioning this user, yet this individual persistently confronts every user.

Regarding the drama, I'm not defending it. Everyone has their own preferences, whether they love or dislike the drama. What I am defending are the views of those who come to this platform purely for entertainment, without any intention to target anyone. They share their opinions like civilized individuals, without crossing any boundaries.

As for the user you're defending, have you seen their comments? They have crossed the line multiple times, sometimes making remarks about someone’s parents and frequently confronting people who have no connection to them.

And I never told anyone in MDL to not criticize any drama or not to say good things about it. Whether I like that drama or not.

Every drama has its own fan base who can't stand to hear anything negative about their favorite. As long as it's in a civil and sensible tone, it's fine. For me

The fans I encountered were not civilized at all. It would be nice if they showed a little respect for people's opinions. No, they are just trying to make people swallow their own ideas.

Bueno, mucho cuidado con la usuaria @rikijackson, me ha llamado drogadicta, esquizofrénica y le habrá pagado a mi novio para que esté conmigo porque físicamente no soy bonita y lleva 2 meses acosándome. A pesar de que mandé un mensaje a soporte para ver esta situación, no he recibido ninguna respuesta de soporte. Es muy acosadora y hace cyberbullying.

También apoyo esto y espero que se aborde. Hay muchos casos de acoso e intimidación. Hace poco denuncié uno. No estoy seguro de si recibiré una notificación sobre los resultados de ese informe. Muchos usuarios solo querían crear discusiones acaloradas. Lamentablemente, se supone que esta es una plataforma para compartir pensamientos sobre un drama, no para discutir y ser intimidado por ello. 

PAG I think the same, it is good to address these kinds of issues. Because regardless of whether you agree or not with a person or their tastes, you should not be intimidated by other people. This page is supposed to be for review and to be able to give your opinion without suffering so much harassment. This place should be a safe place and not a place of intimidation.
