The site doesn't work

Okay, so this happens a lot. Pretty much everyday i try to log in to this site, where it will say that the "Web server is returning an unknown error" which is weird. There's nothing wrong with my computer or internet, so i'm not sure what to do. There's sometimes that i can log in and use the site for like a few minutes, but after that it doesn't work.
