Multiple spamming of discussion section with offensive & unrelated contents.

I have made a report last year regarding this particular user as they are constantly spamming the discussion section of Fangs of Fortune's drama page with negative and unrelated stuff like propagandas. I filed a report under the official spam thread here in the support forums but no action has been taken yet, similarly I also reported the user for "offensive/spam" but no action has been done yet with regards to their account so I am here to make a report again. I don't know much about MDL reporting system but it seems that it isn't working these days, discussion sections for drama pages were created to discuss things in relation with a drama but this particular user has been constantly spamming by creating multiple topics either with negative/offensive contents or unrelated stuff and the worst thing is they keep replying to their own topic. Most viewers of the drama are no longer able to find the meaningful discussions which contain things that are related to the drama, because this user keep on replying to their own topic that they created every time.

Please take action to such spams.

They dont care or dont have enough people. Comment sections of popular dramas are pure dumpsters. Reported multiple posts in last days without any reaction.  Best advise I got is to block user, like yeah, problem will not disappear when I close my eyes.

Then why not hire more people  to solve this type of problems. If reporting is useless  what is the report button for. This should be a safe space community but it's turning into a terrible site. Yeah, blocking doesn't resolve anything, it's not about us getting affected but whole community. I hope admins solves this.
