 I might make an exception and add writers with fewer than 10  IF they've consistently had dramas with high ratings here on MDL AND across multiple sites.

Hopefully, the rookies will be given ample opportunity to showcase their imaginations. The list is, of course, incomplete. If you have others, please suggest them.
