1. All of Us Are Dead
Korean Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
High-school based zombie series.
You may or may not like the teen drama (it should be expected though since they're teens), but I was 100% entertained with this series. I highly recommend it if you like both zombie action with a side of teen drama (as opposed to always focusing on grown-ups).

2. Kingdom
Korean Drama - 2019, 6 episodes
Historical-based zombie series.
Once you get past the slow beginning, you are in for some great zombie action. With it being historical, there are some political things going on that may or may not interest you, but overall I really enjoyed this more unique, historical take on the zombie-theme.

3. Kingdom Season 2
Korean Drama - 2020, 6 episodes
Continuation of the historical-based zombie series.
If you liked season 1, of course you need to watch season 2. Since it's a sequel, it pretty much dives into the action, whereas the beginning of season 1 was a bit of a slow burn with the historical/political set-up. A bit open-ended but overall a satisfying conclusion.

5. Imawa no Kuni no Alice
Japanese Drama - 2020, 8 episodes
People who lack a purpose/meaning in life, play dark & gory survival games in another world (with an Alice in Wonderland-theme).
With the inevitable comparisons to the similar (yet still different in its own way) Squid Game, Alice in Borderland has a younger more "immature-ish" cast, yet the majority of the games in my opinion are more gory and feel almost Saw-like (some of the choices feel like lose/lose). Many of the games are psychological/technical too and require one to think outside the box. If you can suspend your disbelief for a moment (since this takes place in an alternate reality), you should be able to enjoy one if you liked the other.

6. Imawa no Kuni no Alice Season 2
Japanese Drama - 2022, 8 episodes
Continuation of people playing dark & gory survival games in another world (with an Alice in Wonderland-theme).

7. Mask Girl
Korean Drama - 2023, 7 episodes

8. Squid Game
Korean Drama - 2021, 9 episodes
People drowning in debt play survival games revolving around children's games.
With the inevitable comparisons to the similar and came-out-first (yet still different in its own way) Alice in Borderland, Squid Game has a more "mature" cast in that many of them are just adults with debt/money issues, and feels a bit more "grounded" in that all the games don't take place in an alternate reality like Alice in Borderland. Most of the games revolve around children's games and don't necessarily need inteligence as some could have been won with sheer luck as well. If you liked Alice in Borderland, you might like Squid Game (though I think the main character is not that likable and hasn't changed much).
