Wildly Popular for good reason: The amazing cast, the perfect soundtrack, The beautiful cinematography, excellent balance of touching romance and charming comedy.... I loved it, and you just might love it too! First episode was a little slow in the beginning but stay with it until the later half and it will suck you in!

2. My Love from the Star
Korean Drama - 2013, 21 episodes
When I first read the description about an alien from another world falling in love with a human..... I thought it sounded like the worst plot of all time. It turned into one of my all time favorites.
This and Goblin are a close 1 and 2 for my top drama. One of the best onscreen couples and a great, well paced story arc. I fell in love with both of our leads who have such great chemistry together.

3. Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I normally don't love slice of life rom-com's, but this show just made me smile. Our Spunky heroine deals with the pressures of training to be a weightlifter while falling for a handsome doctor and a fellow athlete: a struggling swimmer. Our lead character is so endearing, funny, and charming, and the whole cast is awesome. It's worth checking out for sure.

4. The Legend of the Blue Sea
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
This one is just plain fun. A hilariously lovable leading lady, playing the part of the legendary mermaid who follows a conman back to Seoul, while he and his hilarious gang of thieves, who hang out in the coolest house ever, try to solve the mystery of the legendary mermaid..... in order to stop a killer and save his family. Great cast and a very fun, fantasy romance drama.

8. Love in the Moonlight
Korean Drama - 2016, 18 episodes
Sweet, pretty, and cute..... but very touching. I normally don't love Historical dramas, which often get bogged down with complicated, political power struggles... . but not this show. A very heartwarming romance, accompanied by a great soundtrack and beautiful scenery lead to a very enjoyable watch and some wonderfully moving moments.
