Favorite Kamen Rider Series in a sort of order

1) I love the video game/doctor theme and the bugsters as an enemy.  The characters were really great and I really enjoyed the storyline. Parado is my favorite character and I loved his rivalry with Emu.

2) So I will admit to part of the reason for my love of Zi-O is because of it's anniversary season aspect and how there were so many cameos from older riders. But I also just loved the concept of a king of time who was fighting against the future where he because an evil demon king. The suits were awesome and all around the characters were very well done. Sougo has definitlyearned a spot in my favorite main riders list. My favorite character is Woz, Kuro Woz if you want to get more specific.

3) The second Kamen Rider season I ever watched it holds a dear place in my heart. It used to be number one until I watched Gaim and then Ex-Aid after that. I thought the idea of a two in one Rider was super interesting plus I have a soft spot for detective themed things. W could happy and fun while also taking on more serious topics and I enjoyed every part of it. My favorite character or should I say characters happen to be the full main cast of Shoutaro, Philip, Ryu, and Akiko. I love all four of them a whole lot though I must admit to sort of hating Akiko when she first appeared in the series. 

4) I had decided on watching Fourze after watching both the Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff: Super Hero Taisen Z (watched because of Wizard) and Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Mega Max (had watched it for OOOs and W) because I really enjoyed what I saw of Gentarou's character. And as I watched and finished Fourze I continue to enjoy his character. The overall plot and the enemy he had to face were pretty interesting on their own but what I really loved was Gentarou and his ability to make friends with practically anyone he met. My favorite character if it wasn't obvious is Gentarou.

5) When I first found out that Gaim's theme was fruit I was very interested but at the same time I had no idea how they planned to pull it off. In the end though even with what might be a silly theme the story itself can be very dark and serious and I really enjoyed that aspect of it. My favorite character was Kouta as basic as that may seem. I really enjoyed watching his character development and growth as the season went on.

6) I watched it in the beginning simply because I had heard about Eiji and his silly underpants thing but then I was watching it for all the dramas and the goings on. Eiji in the beginning has no real desires and basically no real reason to live. It one of the reasons he became OOOs and doesn't care for what happens to himself, he simply wants to protect others that he can while he can. But near the end he is able to develop a desire of his own and seeing him finally relying on his friends was very heartwarming. My favorite character is Ankh/Eiji.

7) Drive kind of reminded me of W a bit and that might be part of why I enjoyed it so much. The other part would probably be the side character/villains. While Shinnosuke is not a bad character I really enjoyed the goings on of Gou and Chase more. Plus the main villain of Heart was actually a very interesting and enjoyable character on his own. The beginning of the show starts out kind of slow with the majority of the story coming in basically like mid-season. My favorite character is Gou. 

8) Ryotaro being possessed by his Imagins and all the shenanigans they get up to is probably the thing I like the most about this season. Though seeing Ryotaro's character development and his dealings with Yuuto was also very interesting. My favorite character is Ryuutaros. 

9) The vampire type theme of Kiva is what drew me in in the first place. I'm a sucker for that kind of fantasy aspect. The season was enjoyable and I truly enjoyed Wataru's character and his development through the series but the skips to the past and going between the two time lines always threw me off a bit and is one of the reasons why Kiva is further down on this list then I might have liked. My favorite character is Wataru.

10) Blade is the oldest season of Kamen Rider I have watched so far and thus the graphics kind of throw me off just a little bit. I quickly got over it and enjoyed the season and what it entailed. The undead were interesting and the use of the card motif was really well done in my opinion. Though the ending was really sad I realize that what Kenzaki did was for the world. My favorite character is Mutsuki.

12) Wizard was the first season of Kamen Rider I ever watched and thus I have a soft spot for it. I really enjoyed the magic aspect of it and the idea of the Phantoms being born from people's despair. Though it was a season technically about hope and despair there wasn't as much despair as I think there should have been. Though obviously thats my opinion and as its a show generally centered towards children, too much despair and darkness might have been a bad idea. Either way I enjoyed Wizard a lot at the time and it was what started me on my path to watching Kamen Rider. My favorite character is Haruto.

13) Zero-One was not the greatest of seasons but I think it had it shining moments. I really enjoyed the suits and transformations as well as most of the characters. I don't really like how they handled the "redemption" (though all he said was sorry) of Amastu Gai. I hated him for a while and I continue to dislike his character and I hate that he was never punished for his doings and he simply was just added to the team with an apology. Even with Kuroto in Ex-Aid he was imprisoned and punished for his wrongdoings. My favorite character is Jin.

15) I had previously attempted to hold off on it because I knew that previous rider seasons would be mentioned a lot within the season so I had wanted to watch the previous Rider seasons so that I could follow along better but then I found out about all the worlds being AUs so to speak of the actual Riders. And what Decade did in them and what happened in each didn't really have much to do with the actual seasons were about. Even the characters had different last names. The only exception might be Den-O? Maybe. So I watched it and I have to say it was okay, some out it I really enjoyed, other parts were kind of eh and the ending made me so confused. And then theres the movies and it gets complicated but I did enjoy watching it overall. My favorite character would probably be Kaito.

16) As number 16 Ghost is the season that I like the least but that is not the same as hating it. Ghost had some good parts to it like the costumes and the general beginning idea of the eyecons was interesting but rest of the season didn't really stand up to the great idea they started with and some of the characters and villains were kind of lack luster. Though please remember this is my opinion and there are some people out there that really enjoy Ghost, more then I probably ever could. My favorite character is Alain.
