Arashi Sanemon XI was a kabuki actor from the Kansai region Born as Minoru Ookawa, he was also recognized by the title of the eleventh generation Arashi Sanemon.

He made his debut in 1912 at the Osaka Naniwa Theater.

As Kansai kabuki faced a downturn, he shifted to the Takarazuka Shinkigeki theater in 1954, immersing himself in the world of popular theater.

In 1958, he explored new horizons by joining the Takarazuka film industry, only to later resume his career on the kabuki stage.
