In January 2012, Miles officially entered showbiz as a member of the boy group Decision Team. In May, the group's first single "Happy Moment" was released. The same year, he won the championship of the "Decisive Boys" online voting event. Following that, he chose to withdraw from the team.
Miles' acting debut kicked off in 2017 with the miniseries "Love Nagging" (爱情碎碎念). In January 2018, he won the Top 10 Rising Stars of the Year Online award at the first Golden Shark Awards.
While competing on the celebrity survival show "Call Me by Fire 3" (披荆斩棘 第三季), he admitted that he’s divorced.
