Chrystal Soo Jung, known professionally as Krystal Jung, is a South Korean-American singer, dancer, model, and member of F(X) (에프엑스). Her parents moved from South Korea to the United States in the 1980s, and she was born in San Francisco. She moved back to South Korea when she was 6 years old. She graduated from Hanlim Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Acting from Sungkyunkwan University.

Before debuting, she was scouted by SM Entertainment in 2000 while on a family visit to South Korea. She is the younger sister of former GIRLS' GENERATION member Jessica Jung. She appeared in several commercials since 2002.

She made her debut in September 2009 as the group's lead vocalist, visual, face of the group and maknae with their digital single "La Cha Ta". The group was managed by SM Entertainment (SM엔터테인먼트) and was known for releasing full-length studio albums during an era that saw mini-albums as the most common way of releasing music.

In October 2020, she announced her departure from SM Entertainment. The group has not officially disbanded, but aside from a few brief reunions for SM events, they have not released any new material since late 2016.

After being represented by Blitzway Studios for almost 4 years, she signed with Beasts And Natives Alike (비스츠앤네이티브스) in mid-2024.
