Kim So Jeong, known professionally as Kim So Won, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress, and former member of GFRIEND (여자친구). She graduated from Hanlim Arts High School and later attended the Media Film Acting program at Sungshin Women's University.

She made her debut in January 2015 as the group's leader, vocalist and visual with their first EP, "Season of Glass". They were originally managed by Source Music (쏘스뮤직) and immediately won several female rookie awards, garnering momentum early on despite being from a small company.

In July 2019, Source was acquired by HYBE Corporation (하이브) and became part of their labels. They decided to continue managing the group as it had commercial success.

However, in May 2021, all 6 members decided not to renew their contracts and left the agency. As a result HYBE released a statement announcing GFRIEND's disbandment.

She spent time at other companies promoting under her real name and later as Kim So Won but is now without representation. Her YouTube content is managed by Ice Creative (아이스크리에이티브).

In September 2024, it was confirmed that GFRIEND was reuniting to celebrate their 10th anniversary. They released the project album "Season of Memories" and had several concerts and presentations on music shows. After the promotional period ends, it is expected that each member will return to their individual activities.
