Seo Ji Soo is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress and member of LOVELYZ (러블리즈). She graduated from Incheon Sewon High School.

She first appeared on TV as a constant in the 2011 survival show "Korea's Got Talent".

Weeks before debuting, controversy emerged when comments made by an alleged girl began appearing on fan cafés and online communities, outing her as bisexual. The girl claimed to have dated her and accused her of being sexually abusive and of taking pictures without consent after they had sexual relations, later sharing them with the girl's friends and colleagues, which caused her to be fired.

Woollim Entertainment (울림엔터테인먼트) denied the claims, but three other girls came forward with the same allegations.

She made her debut in November 2014 as LOVELYZ's main dancer, vocalist, rapper and visual with their first studio album, "Girls' Invasion". However, she did not participate in the group's promotional period due to the ongoing scandal.

In early 2015, the scandal reached its conclusion when the alleged girl was found to be a middle-aged man posing as a girl. The man fabricated all the supposed evidence by using altered pictures he obtained from pornographic sites and was charged by the police. The other 3 girls were also deemed to have provided false evidence and were sued by Woollim for defamation but were acquitted in April 2016.

She finally joined group activities in August 2015 and they managed to reach commercial success both domestically and internationally.

In November 2021, her contract with Woollim ended. Lee Su Jeong (formerly known as Baby Soul) was the only member who decided to re-sign with the company so the future of the group was questioned by the fans as the company never informed their official status.

Several members used their personal social media accounts to clarify that LOVELYZ was only on an indefinite hiatus while each focused on their individual activities.

Then, in November 2024, she reunited with her groupmates after 3 years of inactivity when they performed in the show "Hangout with Yoo" and later held concerts commemorating their 10th anniversary. They released their first new material in 4 years with the digital single "November". However, the group remains without an agency, so they will get together when their individual schedules allow it.

She is currently represented by Mystic Story (미스틱스토리) and promotes as an actress.
