Sun Mi, later legally changed to Lee Sun Mi, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, dancer and former member of WONDER GIRLS (원더걸스). She dropped out of Cheongdam High School but later passed the High School Graduation Qualification Examination.

She made her debut in February 2007 as the group's main dancer, vocalist, bassist and visual with their first single album, "The Wonder Begins". The group quickly became one of the most popular girl groups in South Korea, and singles like "Tell Me" (2007), "Nobody" (2008), and "So Hot" (2008) topped the domestic music charts. "Nobody" entered the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States, making them the first South Korean group to enter the chart.

In January 2010, JYP Entertainment (JYP엔터테인먼트) announced she would go on hiatus as she wanted to continue her education. Her decision altered the group's schedule as plans for a U.S. tour were delayed, and a new album made entirely in English was dropped after her departure.

In August 2013, she returned to music and made her debut as a solo artist with the single "24 Hours". Then, in August 2015, she returned to WONDER GIRLS, replacing Sun Ye. The group made a comeback after 3 years on hiatus with the album "Reboot".

In January 2017, JYP Entertainment (JYP엔터테인먼트) announced the group's disbandment after some members did not renew their contract.

She is now represented by Abyss Company (어비스컴퍼니).
