Down understand the attraction of the two men who love Mu Yao, she is unattractive tome, I guess beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but she doesn’t even have a nice disposition either. Even getting beyond her being upset about her family’s situation she still is very ordinary to me expect she can fight and play an instrument. She was going after someone else’s boyfriend in the first place, despite the fact that she knew him and comforted him in the temple. Whoop doo. Didn’t like her, or Zhong Yelan, either I don’t he was confident about what wanted, and was too concerned with images. It’s to bad he got he wanted in the end , because he humiliated Hua Qian , and he could have just divorced , without humiliating her, she did need to be punish for what she did, but humiliated. The prince and Hua Rong Xiang were the only ones who deserved her. I enjoyed that this drama had a little different twist on the jealousy angle. Love Zhou Ye. Was this review helpful to you?

Would have preferred a different ending? Actually the that was suggested later. Why do a lot of Asian movies rushed / bad or unclear endings. Especially the Chinese ones. Why is always a lot of drinking in many Chinese movies, period pieces and modern pieces? Love the 4 main characters and their acting, as well as the chemistry between them. I thought it was interesting how they showed two brother’s life experiences affecting them bother but manifesting itself in them in different waysWas this review helpful to you?

A little deceptive
I’m at episode 29 and, I can’t understand why they have listed Tian XiWei as a FL lead when she has barely been seen in multiple episodes. She is the only person he has shown any affection, but there has other females who have had a lot more screen time than her. If they just just wanted to showcase Dylan Wang , then just do that. I felt the cast list is misleading. I happen to like Tian XiWei, as much as Dylan Wang, so far I’ve been a little disappointed, the storyline has been okay a little bit more on the comic side than I thought, but okay. Too many contradictions in behavior
Couldn’t stand the constant consideration given to the worst and main culprit, by her peers and victims family and confidants, the characters Fu Ling and Chong Zhao talked about everyone’s else’s loyalty or lack there of, and the constantly saved each other or allowed or helped one another to escape, while lying to the people they were supposed to be loyal to as to why they helped each other. Then the people after Fuling talked too much and continued to allow her escape or be saved too ridiculous. I started watching this because of Bai Lu and ru peng but the bad script and acting of the 2nd leads was just too much. Dropped this series at the 18 th episode. A bit far fetched
Can not see how jiang xuanbao ever got to be a left or right chancellor, he is too gullible and stupid, believes anything almost anyone says especially his wife. Since there are so many incidents in his family occurring and he doesn’t question anything. Obviously really doesn’t care about his daughter(s) just his reputation and how he looks to others. The grandmother is too passive and must not feel she has any real power either. Pretty much the same with the emperor, doesn’t may sense how she betrayed her brother to help the present emperor ascend to the throne, so she can have a lot of power in the palaceLastly the ex-husband is probably more unscrupulous than Princess Wanning once he learnt to deal with her, had the nerve to be jealous of his former wife, after the other things he did, he just as crazy as the princess they deserved each other

Fickle
I’m glad oknyeo decided not to have a romantic relationship with Tae Won, because he doesn’t known how to establish definitive lines in his relationships. He kind of led Lee Soo Jung on the entire time in the series and even listen to her advise, knowing she liked him, if he really like Oknyeo he will have let Soo Jung know he wasn’t interested and only wanted to be friends. Disappointed
Tried of remakes of same scenarios, and always show weak females who always seem so desperate for a man . Even in this drama FL is younger and more attractive than the ML, but she is still putting up with a lot of crap from him and his secretary. Rather than a young man who clearly seems to care for her without all the baggage , including his domineering mother. Why do they show Chinese women who can’t stand up for themselves and can’t move on when things are not good for them. Nauseating
Yuan Bing Yan is so annoying as always in most her movies she’s always chasing someone’s else man or trying to cling on to her own, who usually seems to be fickle about his feelings about her. Disturbing
Enjoyed the basic situation, after I tried to get pass a man and his mistress who happened to his wife’s friend abandon his children to be with a woman, and a woman wanting to be with a man who was that irresponsible, and immature, to want him to leave his children to be with her. The writers directors make a comedy out of such a filthy, terrible beginning , which I see as tragic especially for the children. GAO Wei guang is so handsome, He is one my favorite actors, although he almost always plays a sort of serious role, even when he’s romantic. Love his character here. Couldn’t stand president Li’s character, and his henchman . Which both played well. Enjoying this so far, especially the fact that it has a little different story lineWas this review helpful to you?

Too many two faced people
I only like about 4 people in this whole drama. Just a bunch of selfish overly ambitious people or people for selfishness again can’t seem to prioritize what’s important and not like other people tell them what to do. I think I dislike the ML and wuxiaoci and her daughter the most and as usual the villains get off too easy. Got too dumb and frustrating. Not big fan of people who lie to get what they despite playing with other people’s feelings. And then talk about their sincerity. Will not finish this too many irresponsible people who don’t care about anyone’s life but their own. Then have the to humiliate someone else after they feel they’ve been betrayed , what do you expect. I was really done when I found out the men in this story are all relatively weak and dumb, their strongest force is wanting to be a success, by any means. And when I found FL took the ML back after the way he acted, that was too much. I wanted the Gao Jie and Si Cheng to be together. Love vin zhang, in almost every I’ve seen him in . Took a minute to get into this series, but now I’m hooked. Love pretty much all the characters in the series thus far. Hope 2nd ML will find his own love, otherwise things could get a sad or even bad due to inrequiteed love. FL can be a little annoying with constant chasing the ML. I know she made a great sacrifice for him the first life , even the don’t remember I guess she loves him just as much. That’s the one of the things I find rather troubling in these Asian movies/series the desperation the women usually show wanting a man so bad, even if his taken or his prior arrangement s with someone else. Sickening

Too redundant, tired of ML chasing FL
ML constantly chasing FL, didn’t think see was that exceptional nor pretty, too argumentative, and scheming. Jing Tian is showing her age to me should play with ML who are closer to her age like her ML Jeremy Tsui in Legend of Zhuohua. The series and their age was not exceptional either. Confused
Does Tan hui ever play in any roles where he is a good person? He’s playing a 40 yr old man who is more confused than a 20 yr old girl about what he wants and how to handle relationships. Would have loved to see how wen xiao yang was in the future . Couldn’t believe how wen rue yun had the nerve constantly give her sister advise, and didn’t have a clue of how to live her own life, and in many ways she was less matureWas this review helpful to you?
