I like how formulaic the series is, but honestly, it works for me. Everything is great: the cast, the storyline, and also the music. Although I'm not fond of his 'audition song', it works very well.

The only thing that I don't like about this series is the plot.
It's rushed, and I think it requires a bit of information about the male leads' background. Kudos to the actors because they did well (even though some parts made me so uncomfortable; I can relate to it).
I recommended this one for those who want to watch intriguing concepts like this.
