I regret not watching this sooner
The BL community can be a little savage on dramas that present as BLs but aren't, and unfortunately, this show ended up suffering because of it.I cannot express enough just how much i loved this show. I spent a solid 9-10 episodes laughing my bottom off and the rest literally sobbing.
The comedy in this is just perfectly timed and placed. Not over done. Just *chefs kiss*. And by howdy does the directer know how to pull on your heart strings just right. This is very much a binge-watch show because you will not be able to stop watching.
I went into this thinking i was going to get a ridiculous, light-hearted, silly comedy and came out of it literally dry sobbing (because i ran out of tears 2 hours ago from watching this), saying this is one of the best shows i've ever watched.
I'm going to bed now because I've stayed up insanely late binging this and also my head and eyes and chest and throat hurt from crying and laughing too much.
Peace.

Everything I wanted from a gender-bender
This is hands down my favourite Thai drama. Its gets a bit of an unfair rep online due to the BL community having BL expectations, but if you go into it with a clear mind then its worth it.
This show sets up the expectation that it's a generic rom-com and then completely destroys that in the second half of the show.
From the beginning, it really was just like any other gender-bender show, but even though it was using cliches and tropes, it was still fun and interesting. It's like the directer set us up to expect the same thing we get from every other drama like this and then breaks those rules to give us the ending we always wanted but never got.
The acting is just phenomenal. I went from not knowing any of the actor previous to being able to name all of them and also several dramas they're in, because i went down a rabbit-hole after finishing this drama. I just couldn't let go haha
This is one of the very few dramas that i have immediately rewatched after finishing, and i would recommend it to literally anyone.

Hands down the BEST BL I've ever seen
Even though supernatural themes are central to this show, for me its been the most accurate portrayal of two 'young' men falling in love. Most BLs kinda skim over the fear of coming out, and how being homosexual can change so much about how you see yourself in society but this drama doesn't. It's just so wholesome and so good. The ending was a little weird but it leaves you smiling and crying at the same time so no complaints.
My only regret in watching this show is that now I'm stuck in this limbo where I can never find anything that measures up.

Clever
I was not expecting this show to be as good as it was. At first glance it seems like a pretty generic unrequited best-friend love story (and it kinda is) BUT what made this show so clever is the use of film. Each episode's title is the name of a different film, and the scenes that ensue draw inspiration from the films. It used cliches for sure, but rather than pretending like they were being cute and original like so many BLs do, they leant into it. It was made clear that *cute scene here* was stolen from *this movie* for *this reason*. They also had multiple reenactments from famous movies with the characters and so many of the sets used and activities that the characters did together were based around film. The director took the theme of FILMS and bloody RAN with it. It was amazing.TLDR: The story is not original, but the way it's portrayed is so clever, and the cinematography and music is just so good. It's incredibly engaging and I highly recommend it.

So much missed potential
I've not much to say other than I only forced myself to watch this show due to RamKing couple, and perhaps TharaLizard too.The idea of falling in love by bringing a flower a day is very cute and the main couple had potential but unoriginal writing/characters really let this couple down. I just felt that they were stereotypes without any added personality. And also highkey abusive with the jealousy issues. Usually i root for the main couple, but I REALLY wanted them to break up. I don't see how, realistically, that couple could ever work.
However, if there is an upload of this show somewhere showing only RamKing scenes then I would highly recommend it. Both characters are unique and fleshed out really well. The actors had chemistry and even if they weren't an official 'couple' of the series, just the development of their friendship would make the show worth watching.
If i could give a 0 for the music i would. It's corny and perhaps I'm biased but jazz just really never feels good in an OST.
I will watch season 2, however, I will probably skip all scenes with the main couple in them.

This show F*cked me up
This show is incredible at showing the struggles that teenagers can go through and its really just a groundbreaking watch. 100% recommend.I can heavily relate to Oh Jungho's story line. This show really hit the nail on the head when it comes to an abusive household and teen homelessness. It was very accurate to real life. I'd never taken a day off work for emotional reasons before but after the way Oh Jungho's story ended, i literally could not function the next day.
A good watch for people who like to be depressed haha

Most people rate this badly because they don't understand it
I'm writing this review purely because I feel its been given the same injustice that The Blue Hour has, and ironically enough, for the exact same plot twist.Night was never real. He was a figment of Wine's imagination created for him to deal with not being loved the way he wanted to be. He created the perfect boyfriend in his mind and, huzzah, can also use him as an excuse to torture his ex-boyfriend and get P'Boy out of the picture.
Night only comes into existence the night that Wine is left alone in the abandoned building with the realization that Tee, the boy he was in love with, had tricked him and was probably off making fun of him with his mates.
When he slit his wrists to feed Night, and Night found him on the floor passed out, this was actually a suicide attempt.
The final scene is a perfect wrap up of the movie if you view Night as an imaginary character. It makes no sense for him to be real and to magically appear in a jail cell with him.
Most people assume that he's just imagining Night in the final scene, but that he's real in all the others. Which is fair; each to their own.
The movie. however, makes much more sense and is a better watch if you treat Night as a catalyst for symbolism and a reflection of Wine's emotional turmoil.
