Nevertheless, I want my time back.
I'm sorry, but for me, this entire series watching this from the perspective of being a man, I've repeatedly been shouting to my Netflix "Nabi, step away from him, he's too damn toxic for you" and each time that she falls head over heels again for him, I start to question why she seems so inept to realize that this person isn't a good person at all.As for the story line, it just had little to no gumption, and it was like we were watching a pendulum. One minute she's head over heels, next minute hates his guts, going back and forth like that for basically the entire series.
They could have made this a 5 episode short series if they cut out all the excessive 2-minute shots of the two main characters just starting at each other, frigid as a frozen potato and silent.
I really admired the music, I thought that was the strongest part of the entire series.

Different, But Worth It.
Overall, I really enjoyed this series. Getting to see Bright act in a more mature role was such a blessing in disguise and I really thought Davika was so impressive in this series, such a massive different to My Ambulance when I wasn't too sure about her.The story is impactful and carries an important message behind it. Definitely guarantee a watch. I did think at times that it was maybe slow paced in some parts, but at least the story is continuous. The OST is really good, and I liked the use of the soundtrack to support the message. Also, the continued themes, along with cleverly using the Thai words for "to count the stars" both as part of the title and the characters name is a nice touch.
The cast overall helped to portray a very important message about what life is like as an adult, and the things that happen that go unnoticed in the real world. I thought that the chemistry of the cast members in general was really strong and that is why the series had that nice continuous flow.
Certainly different from most of the things I've watched by GMMTV.

To be able to follow the story and really have an understanding, I highly recommend for viewers to really get into the story and see the brilliant outline of typical themes that we find in modern dramas today.
The acting is second to none, with the entire cast - in my opinion - having a wonderful chemistry about them and none of the cast involved let you down with the pure fantastic quality that they bring to the screen.
If you have a desire for Korean dramas that not only get you interested in the story, but you're looking for a very good plot, brilliant choices in music to accomodate the scenes and no sudden drop in the quality of acting, then I definitely think you should give this one a chance.

I’ve re-watched this drama 7 times already.
One of the best dramas I’ve watched in a long time from South Korea. I was captured with the story and I thought a lot of research must have came in handy from how they put across the life of people in North Korea. Of course it wasn’t an exact fine print of life there, but it captures a good basic outlook. The acting was stellar throughout the whole series and I enjoyed the contrast in emotions. There’s a lot of moments where I as able to feel empathy towards the characters.
The chemistry between the main leads was phenomenal.
