Its a pretty good special, unfortunately couldn't find a English sub upload of the special so most of what I got was visual. Ami Suzuki is pretty much the lead role throughout the 30 minutes with them giving a pretty good reason to care about how the end of the special goes. The skull man suit for the special is really cool and for the scenes he's in its pretty solid. Most to all of the backgrounds seem to be greenscreen which wasn't too distracting, it kinda set tone with the dark visuals. You don't need to watch this to watch the 2007 anime its connected to but I highly recommend watching if you can get past not being able to read the subtitles
