If you're looking for a simple story, move over and watch other dramas out there because this is not meant for you.
The story has a certain charisma of bringing sci-fi to a lighter romance novel-ish type of feels. Sure first few episodes will make your mind think like "WTF am I watching??" but as the episodes progress you get the satiafaction of finding out the reason behind everything that happend in the previous episode.
The director was so clever in putting lots of small hints and details that you will definitely see once you rewatch the episodes because they will make you rewatch to have that "oh did i miss that? let me see that again" moment.
You definitely need to level up your perspective in this series. It feels like Inception, Oldboy, and Fringe put into one pot, sprinkled with Korean Royalty and boiled in one sweet and spicy revenge water.
Overall, it was a good watch. Probably best not to binge watch at first then rewatch after you finished to check back on the cool details you might have missed.

A light hearted series that will take you on a roller coaster of emotions. Honestly, the story is predictable but they laid it out in a way that will make you still watch the series with much anticipation. The chemistry between the actors made it so fun to watch. They will make you laugh and root for whatever emotions they show. They can get from extremely funny to extremely emotional that you will find yourself wanting to hug each of the characters. The music they used for each episode also played a big part for me while watching this and I've noticed how they used popular korean songs (considered classics) during fun moments which made it more relatable somehow. Overall, it's a good watch if you want to have a good laugh while wanting a heart-warming story.

Honestly this is one of the best Thai series I have seen recently. It will take you to the edge of your seat and will keep you wanting more. The story has so much mystery in it and the actors are just awesome. An allstar cast that never failed my expectations. The production value is really awesome and will give you a "movie" feel in every episode. I also love the character development of each and everyone and how they focused making sure you relate to a character. You would either love a character or just simply hate the character because the actors would just dissolve themselves in their character. I can't wait for the second season. ♡

I've been a fan of Bangkok Love Stories but for me this would be my favorite so far. It's not your typical love story. It revolves around belief, tradition, and love. In a modern world, we still cling into our traditions as a family and we have strong beliefs that sometimes we take it too literally that we start to neglect our love, our family. This series will teach you to make most of your time, to make sure you give enough love and that you must always have an open heart. Get ready to get your heart broken into bits and your soul to be healed.

Seriously, Cha Eunwoo was made for royalty/rich guy roles. But Sung Ji-ru in this drama is no joke as well being a veteran actor that he is. I mean the master-servant relationship between Dowon and Sambo is so refreshing to watch. Also, I live for character development. At first every character feels light and has an aura that of a child but as the story starts to progress, you can see the character's development from Dowon, to the Crown Prince, to Hae-ryung, to each Historian. The story is a bit similar to other traditional dramas but it brings in a special flare with the witty sides and the incredible acting plus the story revolved around principles of being a Historian during the Joseon era.

I'll keep this review simple. Happy Birthday the series is one of the best series you'll ever see. It will teach you how suicide affects not only the victim but most especially those who were left by the person who decided to do the act. It gives the sensitive issue of suicide different angles on why people do it, the pressure from society, how much important support is, and how forgiveness is hard to do but is essential in growth. Just like the main lead's name suggest (Tonmai in Thai means tree), you will see each character's development as the story goes. The addition of 'a ghost sibling' makes it easier for people to comprehend why such actuons were made. Also kudos to the actors because you can feel every bit of pain from each tear drop they shed and how sincere their happy moments were.

If you're into a cinderella fantasy kind of story, this is for you.
It's a mix of cinderella (without the evil stepmother and evil stepsisters), hunger games (but no one is killing anyone), he's into you (gender switching instead of body switching), all boiled into romcom with a unicorn.
The story is really a cliche when it comes to romcoms but what made it special was the acting and how they made you see through love in different ways. One is from looking at someone regardless of their gender, another one is being attracted to someone based on their peraonality even if the one you're attracted to has the exact same appearance (it's a twin potato thing), the love of a father, love of a sibling, and love of a mother. They were all laid out in a heart warming way which makes it stray a bit from being a cliche series.
Also, kudos to the lead actor (male Love). I've seen him act in so many series and he's necer disappointed from playing a depressed suicidal kid to playing his role here as a girl stuck in a man's body. His body language is screaming girl stuck in a man's body in a natural unforced way. Plus when he cries, HE CRIES.

Okay. So People are hating this drama calling it mediocre but it is actually the opposite. Most kdramas would never touch the topic of suicide for being criticized by their looks but this series had the guts to do so. This tells a story of a girl who has gone though a rough childhood because of her looks and how she fears to live a life after she got plastic surgery from the acceptance of her father to the society's prejudice towards people who went under the knife.
The characters were played well especially the lead actor. Sure people would tell that he just sits and stands emotionless but that's the "character" that the lead actor possesses. He's supposed to be cold and just goodlooking just like his the character was written in the comic series and was probably the reason why the actor won the best actor award in that year. The lead actress also did a great job in showing her insecurites, probably brought by personal experience of being judged by the society through high beauty standards. Overall the series was heartwarming and will keep you wanting to binge watch.

Cinematography for the first episode was great that I felt like I was watching a movie. That set the bar high for me but the story started becoming a bit of a cliche. I thought that the story would be different from other BL series because it had to incorporate a "comic novel" theme in their story line but it was only used in the beginning of the series. I know that the production and shoot got affected by COVID 19 that's why it feels a bit rushed in the mid sequence and the story lacked the unique quality most viewers were expecting. For most parts, they had to fill the episodes with love scenes from Tutor and Fight which might excite some viewers but for me it was too much screen time for a "make love" scene. Honestly what made me finish the series was my fascination with Saifah and Zon's character development which was quite refreshing to watch. I also find that there are too many side characters that just felt irrelevant for giving them random scenes that strayed far from the original story. So many characters were introduced and just disappeared midway but if they decide on a second season, I hope they can juat focus on the main characters.

First few episodes felt really slow for me. Honestly I almost gave up until the 4th episode in which I finally felt a hook for me to continue watching. The actors were good at portraying their roles but what made me stay was how close the story line is from what really happens in the Kpop industry. I like how they showed how hard it is in the business and how it has changed since the start of Hallyu wave by using Yoon Jae's character. It's also funny how they used real idols/singers as actors for an idol/singer character. I felt like everyone was so invested in their roles but my favorite would be the kid Malseok. I thought at first that she was the most random character but I can't seem to see the series to be a success without her. Overall, it's a good series about dreams, regrets, family, and passion.
P.S. I lowkey wished they gave Jihoon's, Drill's and MJ'scharacter a second season.

Series had a weak storyline. I can see that the actors were somewhat awkward with their acting, probably because most of them were greenhorns but what made it worse was the lack of substance and depth in the story.
There was one goal for the whole series and that was to get intership in a hotel and that's that. Nothing special really.
Also I find the part where the two best friends were secretly being shipped to give a BL shade a bit cringy. They both look so uncomfortable acting that part.
As for the "problems" that they all faced, they could have been more creative. They just all looked like a rush project.
Far from the trailer which looked promising, itbfelt like they were writing the screenplay as they were filming and that they were just forced to drag the script to make sure they have enough episodes.

My Ambulance shows a story of love in different kinds and different stages bound by magic and life.
It shows strong love in the form of friendship - #ChaWanDao brotherhood
Sibling love - Tikkao and Tantawan, Taai and Kiit
New found love - Tantawan and Chalan
Unrequited love - Peng, Tantawan, Chalan, Paebii
Love of new life - Liwan and Tikka
Love that lasted for a long time - Peng Tantawan
Love of a grandson - Lek
Selfless love -Dao
The series showed birth, life, and death in a perfect and emotional way with a lot of humor on the side.
That there's more to the magic and love.
And the main lesson is to make the most of your time. That love should be protected and nurtured.
The best part for me was the OST and the actors who played in the series. You can feel the pain in every tear, and smile when they smile. I've rewatched it for the second time and the emotions are still the same. ♡

If you're looking for a BL series that doesn't show much skinship, this would be perfect for you. The story is light and bubbly and has a cheerful feel to it. They like to tease the viewers with fun flirtatious moments that doesn't seem to stray from reality which is good thing in my opinion. The music also played a huge part of the series because it made the mood in the entire series. I like how the story unfolded but honestly got a bit disappointed at the ending. It lacked a certain impact for me to rewatch it again as a whole but I could definitely see myself watching certain parts of the series again.
