First Impressions Last!

Yes, it was! This is the first love story movie I watched which led me to start liking what's inside Thailand. Watching it for I think three times already only shows that I really like it even from my first glimpse of the film. To give some outline of the film, it is the story of the two crossed-paths teachers who were sent by a town school principal to a remote school in the middle of the lake to teach around 4-7 students in the vicinity who are not capable of sending themselves to a normal school. Teacher Ann, who was sent as one of the remote teachers, cannot defy the fact that it is a whole new world for her. To ease and normalize every scenario, Ann jots down her feelings and experiences during her time in the place, including her loneliness and isolation from her family and his long-time boyfriend. Unexpectedly, someone accidentally discovered the diary and heartily read each line written in there.

Personally, THE TEACHER'S DIARY has been a great hilarious, dramatic, and tearful movie. In the first few minutes, it made me laugh and enjoy their lines and actions (both teachers and students), but the middle part turned me sympathizing with the story to the point that I cannot help but cry. Remote school students portrayed well their role according to what is required. Supporting actors and actresses gave justice to their respective roles. And especially to the two teachers who played the main role, kudos to their excellence and dedication. Up until now, I am still hoping for the second season due to its open-ended ending that left me thinking of the next event.
