Don't waste your time
The drama had an interesting plot, but it has too much unnecessary scenes and things. It could easily be 12 episodes, maybe in that way the drama would flow better. The main leads were adults and could just sit and talk about everything and resolve it. But no.
The female lead created so much drama for nothing, invented a completely meaningless and unrealistic story about sleeping with another man story just to push the two men away.
Anyway, the ending was really disappointing, I feel like I wasted my time with them.

A masterpiece, or a waste of time?
The beginning of the drama was quite well developed, but as the episodes passed, a mess began to happen. The story at first glance may seem magnificent, but it has many poorly developed plots that in the end are simply ignored or simply poorly explained. Not to mention several characters that add nothing to the story and the amount of themes that are surreal. I think Mouse should be put in the "Fantasy" category.
I have the perception that the screenwriter hit his head very hard and wrote an inexplicable madness from episode 10 onwards. The biggest problem was that the plot was too obvious and they dragged it out for 20 long, boring episodes (which I thought would get better with time, but it didn't).
I gave this drama a chance because it was and still is highly recommended and it was definitely very popular when it first came out, but I don't understand all the hype. Maybe it's because of the excellent performance of the cast, I praise them very much for that. If it wasn't for the acting, I would have given up within the first 5 episodes.
I believe they could have focused on one thing without inserting a thousand things that in the end would not be resolved, which would make the drama exceptional.

And I had no sympathy for the majority of the characters. The main female lead was annoying the majority of the time; she was nice for three seconds. The second female protagonist? Just move on, girl.
Besides that, while the weekly case was not bad, it made NO difference in the main plot. They squandered so many episodes by doing nothing. I even thought that any case would help build the ghost case, but it didn't, which disappointed me greatly. They didn't give any hints about whom the serial killer was during the drama, and then they just brought a bunch of random facts and tried to connect everything together. Did it work? Not particularly well, but never mind.
Oh, and the last episode was exhausting. Many doors remained open, and I believe they were mostly playing us. Another thing that irritated me was the number of plot twists in the final episodes. I mean, did this roller coaster really need to return to the same location? Wasn't very nice, haha.
Finally, the drama could be easily cut down to 12 episodes. Anyway, it's not a bad drama, but the only way I could finish it was to skip everything. I'd give it a solid 5, but because of the actors' performances, I could tolerate it a little longer. Will I watch it again? Never before in my life.
