Highly Entertaining...to say the least!
Highly entertaining...to say the least. This series has to be one of the best historical dramas I've watched in awhile. There are some laugh-out-loud moments, some shocking/dramatic moments, and some heartfelt moments between the leads.I've read where some viewers have issues with the FL; however, I'm really loving her in this role. Her character sort of reminds me of the kicka** women who were said to have help tame the American wild west. She holds nothing back, and you can tell she is doing everything in her power to protect the people she cares about.
Another character I love is the CP's mother. She hasn't been in many scenes, but she's stolen the show for me.
Regarding the chemistry between the leads, I do love it. The pacing of their interactions and banter are spot on. I can't wait to see how they work through and bring their different worlds together.
If you are looking for something fast paced and funny with a complicated plot and dramatic moments, I highly recommend this series. Also, the bromance between the ML and SML is well worth it.

Engaging with amazing Chemistry
Summed up in two words...Sooooo Good!! This has been highly entertaining to watch that I can't wait to see what the characters are going to do next. The FL lead is adorable and fun (For cuteness, I rate her 10/10). The ML is grumpy and serious and handsome. There is definite chemistry with opposites attract. Since I LOVE enemies to lovers tropes, this is definitely my cup of tea.Chemistry: 10/10
Flow of Story: 10/10
Secondary characters: 10/10
Laugh out loud moments: 10/10 (the female lead is so funny)
This series doesn't drag. It's easy to get lost in the scene until it's the end, and I'm anxiously awaiting the next episode (sometimes without subtitles). I highly recommend this so far.

Entertaining and Gripping - I want more!
This is a 10 so far. LOVING IT!! The first episode is gripping. I love Kim Yoo Jung, so I've highly anticipated this series for awhile. She hasn't disappointed. Her character is bold and independent and caring. The ML is so mysterious and cautiously curious about the FL. The secondary cast is great, too. I enjoy seeing Jo Sung Ha play a non villainous role because his character in 100 Days My Prince was irredeemable. Kim Kwang Gyu who plays the headmaster is comic relief...I laughed out loud in his scenes through episode 2. Besides the great cast, the visual effects are so impressive and beautiful. I wished I could wait to binge watch, but I'm too addicted to the cast and story, I'm living for the next episode. So well done. Was this review helpful to you?

Highly Entertaining with Great Cast
Summary:Chemistry: 10/10
Rosy: 10/10
Cast: 10/10
Humor: 10/10
There's just something about Rosy and the characters she plays. As a viewer, I get pulled into the story in every one of her series. Rosy's character in A Female Student Arrives is no exception so far. She is so fun to watch...my girl crush is at a 10 for her in this one.
At first, I wasn't sure about the ML because I'm not very familiar with him; however, he's won me over in just two episodes. I am absolutely loving his character and his interactions with the FL, so I'm not disappointed in the chemistry between the two. He's cold to FL's warmth. He's calm and even keel to her quirkiness. Where some people say characters might have a dry sense of humor, he has dry flirting down to an art. I've found myself replaying their scenes over and over again because their energy is so good.
The secondary cast is, so far, really good. Her best friend, and I know future one-sided love interest, is great. Although I admit I'd love to see a SML with a platonic friendship relationship with the FL, the jealousy the character provokes in the ML here is quite comical.
So far, this is a highly entertaining, and I recommend for Rosy and the ML alone.
