I went in without much expectations to be honest and the sole reason for that was all the prior adaptation disasters that we were forced to witness. But this one made me believe that if you go all in with a good budget, a stellar cast, and amazing production team and most importantly give the due respect to the original work and take all the best things from it instead of changing the plotline at your whims and pleasure then the result would be something like this one.
From acting and dialogue writing to amazing background music and wonderful CGI, this had everything that all the One Piece fans needed in their lives. Every character fits perfectly. There are no other actors that I could imagine would suit the roles so well as this cast did in this adaptation. Plus the CGI and the background score made this adaptation a huge success. After an amazing first season you won't be able to wait for more.
I would definitely recommend this one to all the manga/anime and non anime fans for sure.
