Drink to happiness
What a lovely enjoyable drama. It had laugh out loud humour and pathos that me empathise with the characters so good casting that made it watchable. Who doesn’t recognise the facade that some of us can put on appearing to be happy on the surface when underneath we are hiding what sad lonely lives we lead, hoping that someone or something will come along to fill that void. The ML was quite brutal in how he handled his staff, not something that will bring the best out of somebody, like in life, people’s confidence is gradually worn away. I liked the camaraderie between the other professors, trying to lift the spirits but I’m not sure always drowning your sorrows in alcohol is the answer but it helps sometimes!
Okay, the ending was probably predictable and worked out happily for most. Felt sorry for ML’s brother but it was nice to see an unrequited love show his true emotions, so nicely acted there, you don’t usually see that in other Kromance dramas. Also I like actor Ha Seoul-Jin, it was nice to see him in a main role instead of a support role which I’ve ever only seen him in thinking he’s an underrated actor and deserved more.
Really enjoyed the music, especially the intro to each episode, it’s nice and catchy even though I don’t understand Korean as I’m from the UK
