this series will be the death of me
⭐engaging storylines⭐i cried so much + crazy tightness in my chest when someone says goodbye (+in action scenes too, like in the "Voice" series)
⭐with the seasoned cast, acting is stellar
⭐I just never tried rewatching crime dramas ever. for my well-being, XD and this will not be an exception
Season 2 hurts more because of the kids. Or it's probably just my maternal instinct kicking in.
It's more interesting than Season 1 because of what Il Yong is able to do. I think it'll be great to explore that in S3. Hopefully, there's season 3!

How can I get paid as a co-writer of a shit-show like this.
That must be the dream. Imagine your workday, director asks "ok what's next?"Writer 1: hm... he figures out that ******** and then the plane crashed, he got stranded and slowly acquired some sort of illness, and then slowly loses his sight and hearing and speech!! so yeah, we have another 8 episodes for BS before they know some truth. But he recovers.
Directors and producers: Genius!!!
Nielsen Korea: yup.
The skill needed to f~k this up and make people want more (50 eps) BS and then rank first in Nielsen Korea, is a mystery.

Acting is SUPERB.
I skipped some parts from ep 22nd to 28th, but still able to get the gist of every episode.
Target market I think are Ajummas. Mom can't be happy with 16-20 episodes of drama, she wants 50-100!!! there's just not much stress in her life she wants 100!
My kdramas are only those with 16-20 eps (except Empress Ki). Mom always asks after we finish a 16-ep series "that's it???"
AHHAHAHAH what do you want ajumma?! It's happy ever after!
Mom: too short.

Story: Messy. Cliche buffet. You don't want all the cliches in the world in one drama.
Acting: SUPERB
Music: Meh. It was ok, but only emphasized how boring the scripts were. It made scenes longer and more insufferable.
Re-watch Value: OH PLS DON'T. *Zero. This is not Empress Ki, I watched that 4 times!!! And will still watch in the future.

If it's not for you, don't watch it with an ajumma; mom yelled straight to my ear (we're sitting side by side), freaked the living shit out of me. Cuz I skip parts too often in each ep (from 22nd - 28th).
