Girls: We really be mean sometimes

Despite the nonsense misunderstandings that are so plentiful in this show and this episode, I think this might've been one of my favorite episodes so far. When the teacher interrupted the gross staring between YouNian and MiaoMiao to say the lead was KaiTuo and the spotlight went on him (like the drama queen he be), I died.That sneaky b!tch that fat-shamed Xia and moved MiaoMiao's flowers made me want to throw hands. But the one thing I really like about the show is how the girls stand up for one another. MiaoMiao is normally so timid, but when her best friend was being bullied, she challenged the mean girl and took the role of heroine away despite putting herself out of her own comfort zone. Friends really bring out the best in us.So far, really not a fan of the whole push-pull/misunderstanding relationship YouNian and MiaoMiao have. It's so common across drama which I guess is how you milk a story for its drama and make it longer. But come on. Change it up.
