The Uea Chronicles

I was completely captivated by this drama. From the enchanting original soundtrack to the flawless performances, everything was exceptional. The chemistry between the characters crackled, and the romance was beautifully depicted. Those intense scenes? They were scorching hot! I found myself glued to the screen, grinning like a fool. This drama truly swept me off my feet.

In every drama I watch, there’s always a character I deeply connect with. In this one, Uea was my absolute favorite. From the moment I laid eyes on him, I thought, ‘That’s the one.’ He exuded sass, sexiness, and incredible handsomeness, yet he carried the weight of his painful past with strength. His graceful movements and expressive face drew me in. His journey was heart-wrenching, but when he finally found someone to lean on, someone who cared for him, it was a moment of relief. His mother never believed in him, his stepfather was… his ex was a pain in the *ss. Every time he was hurt, it pained me, and I despised seeing him cry. To me, he was nothing short of an angel—someone worth protecting. His performance was outstanding.

And then there’s King—handsome as hell, possessive, patient, loving, and protective. That jawline? Absolutely mesmerizing. I don’t know if I’m the only one obsessed with it, but it’s impossible to ignore. Anyways, he has my utmost respect. The way he safeguards what he loves is incredibly sweet. His patience with Uea, understanding him and giving him time, speaks volumes about his character. I vividly remember when Uea asked him if he’d wait for him, and King simply replied, ‘Tell me when.’ That’s a green flag right there. I adore him, and I’m thrilled he saved my beloved Uea and was always there for him.

Now, let’s address the red flags: Uea’s mom. I can’t fathom why someone would carry their own flesh and blood for nine months, endure the labor process, and then emotionally and physically abuse their child. It’s beyond my comprehension. Uea, despite everything, even saved his mother’s number in his phone. When he heard she was in the hospital, he rushed there, only to be mocked. I officially despise that woman.

And Uea’s stepdad? Well, let’s just say I wouldn’t mind someone snipes him or chops off his limbs and makes sure he feels that pain but doesn't die in the process before I do.

The other actors delivered flawless performances—I love them.

This drama is definitely worth watching.

I highly recommend it.

Go watch it!

Worth it

I found this BL drama to be delightful, and I’m puzzled by its overall rating of 6.5. From the very beginning to the end, it had me grinning to my screen like a lunatic, I'm sure whoever saw me wondered if I was some mental patient or something. The romance scenes were perfect, but the action scenes left room for improvement—they lacked realism. Despite that, the actors did an excellent job, and I appreciated the chemistry between the couples.

The character I connected with the most was Itt. His childlike love for cake and unwavering patience touched my heart. When the love of his life couldn’t remember him, he stood firm. Honestly, if I were in his position, I might have given up, vanished to an unknown place, changed my phone number, and retreated from the world, drowning in sorrow. But he didn’t waver. Despite emotional and physical pain, he remained patient with his partner. Itt is truly one of a kind—a sweet and steadfast soul

Day, on the other hand, embodies my ideal man: attractive, romantic, and occasionally a bit crazy. His territorial behavior over Itt intrigued me—I’m a fan of jealousy in relationships. Perhaps it resonates with me because I’m also possessive. The idea of “What’s mine is MINE, and I don’t share” strikes a chord. His portrayal, particularly in the romantic and jealous scenes, impressed me. I adore him. ?

Then there's Gear. Mannnn, that guy is handsome. I had to say that.

Night, a cute little baby boy. His role was well played.

Then there's P, I really have to address the character P. His attempt at portraying craziness fell short—like, really fell short. That section lacked the intensity I expected. Honestly, they should have appointed me as his coach—I’d show him what true madness looks like. My life right now? Utterly nuts! ?

Regarding the Mafia aspect, I believe people often misconceive what a Mafia don should look like. In this drama, the portrayal of a Mafia don—suited up, wearing glasses, and sporting a slight mustache and goatee—falls short. It lacks the gravitas that being a true Don should carry. Some individuals naturally exude that aura, but unfortunately, my brother here didn’t possess even a hint of it. Instead, he resembled an ordinary samchoon. Perhaps I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but that’s my honest opinion.

Despite these minor flaws, the drama was well worth watching.

I wholeheartedly recommend it—you’ll definitely enjoy it! ?

A Rollercoaster of Emotions: A Late-Night Binge-Watch

When I first saw Ray with his head resting on the toilet seat, I knew he was the one. Have you ever watched a movie or a drama and felt an inexplicable connection to a character? Ray was that person for me—twisted and flawed, yet profoundly relatable. Life has a way of molding us into unexpected shapes, and Ray’s journey resonated with me.

As for Sand, he's such a sweet guy. I mean, he saved my Ray and made him a better man. What could be more perfect than that? I admire his hardworking nature, the way he takes care of the people he loves, and his deep bond with his mom. It pained me to see him cry or suffer, but such is life.

Mew's situation is perplexing. I felt anger toward Top for betraying him behind his back. It's as if fate inscribed in red ink, 'Innocence gets you hurt.' Mew possesses a forgiving heart—a quality I lack. If I were in his shoes... well, let's not dwell on what I'd do.

Top is still not my cup of tea from the first time I saw him. His character resembled a predator toying with its prey, inflicting wounds and then licking them. Perhaps my bias influenced my perception, but anyway...

And then there’s Boston, a lost soul who struggles to understand love and how to be loved. When he settled down, I hoped he'd find stability. Alas, he stumbled again, losing something precious. Boston reminded me of a thirsty lamb in a desert, bypassing an oasis to wander deeper into scorching sands. Sometimes, we all need a wake-up call—a metaphorical smack on the head—to alter our course.

Nick, the sweetheart, faced perpetual bad luck in love. His heart woke up one day and chose unrequited love. I'm relieved he eventually found self-awareness and escaped the torment he inflicted upon himself. Innocent face, wounded heart—sweet Nick.

The friend group was f**ked up to the core, probably why I sometimes wish I remained friendless to avoid the drama, betrayal, and complicated love dynamics.

The series itself was a whirlwind of emotions. Stellar performances by the actors, perfectly crafted scenes, and an engaging storyline held me captive. So here I am, writing this review at 5 a.m., fueled by my all-night binge-watch. Was it worth it? Absolutely.

I RECOMMEND IT ?

Believe me when I say, I am perhaps the most discerning individual you will encounter. My preferences are distinct, and my tastes are specific. By a stroke of luck, I stumbled upon this BL series. The comments were mixed—some viewers had abandoned it repeatedly, others had fast-forwarded through episodes. Yet, there was an indescribable allure that captivated me, compelling me to give it a chance. I looked it up, eagerly downloaded the episodes and immersed myself in the narrative. Far from dull, the plot was captivating. As someone who subscribes to the notion of reincarnation, I found the portrayal of the theme deeply resonant. The actors’ performances were stellar, their on-screen chemistry, utterly enchanting—I savored every moment.

In most dramas, I find a connection with a single character, but in an amusing twist, I related to two in this series—P’Dean and P’Pharm. They are, in essence, a reflection of myself.

P’Pharm, with his radiant smile and maximum cuteness, exudes an innocence akin to that of a child. His expressions were flawless. Were I in Dean’s shoes, I too would seize every opportunity to tease him, just to witness his reactions. His laughter was infectious, his demeanor, endearing—who could resist his charm?

P’Dean, on the other hand, was like gazing into my reflection in a mirror. His initial interactions with his siblings, his reserved demeanor among others, and the warmth he reserved for his beloved were all too familiar. Despite appearances, Dean was quite the charmer. The intensity of his gaze when it fell upon P’Pharm was transformative—a testament to the actor’s skill.

Manaow was a revelation—always accompanied by her makeup bag, she epitomized the ideal friend. Her reactions to the central couple’s romance were priceless. She was a delight.

Win and Team added their own sweetness to the mix.

Korn and Intouch’s journey was fraught with challenges, but fortunately, destiny favored them, reuniting them in the end.

The drama was anything but monotonous.

It was a viewing experience I wholeheartedly endorse.

I highly recommend it.

The definition of Perfect...KinnPorsche

Honestly, I never used to watch Thai bl, I was more of a Korean bl, with a touch of Japan bl and Taiwanese bl and the Chinese censored dramas. I used to find Thai weird, I never knew what I was missing till one day I just decided to sit down and click or a Thai bl and my mind just blew off, I got arrhythmias man. It's addictive. it's fun it's.... well you got to experience it first.

KinnPorche, I loved it. it has that taste of action, the gunfights, the blood, the Mafia, the adrenaline, the romance, the mind blowing scenes. it's got it all.
I loved the relationships, the chemistry between the actors.
You know, I used to say, and I still do anyway, when you're in a dangerous line of work, you should avoid romantic relationships with anyone and I mean anyone, not even one night stands cause once you do, you're a gonner, it's some kind of a weakness. well to me, love is a weakness, you never know when someone will stab your back. your most trusted people might be the ones pulling the trigger. If I were some Mafia don I wouldn't have any love in my life, that's me.

It's rare to meet a loving trustworthy partner like how Kinn met his Porsche.

or maybe how Vegas met his Pete.

well I hope life would be as it is in the fictious world.

anyways, you have to watch this drama and have your own experience. it's worth watching. very interesting.

I'm glad I decided to visit Thailand?

The best

I recently embarked on a captivating journey through the world of Hotel del Luna As the closing credits rolled, I found myself both elated and wistful—grateful for the emotional rollercoaster I had just ridden.

The first thing that struck me was the sheer **awesomeness** of this drama. From start to finish, it held me in its tender embrace, refusing to let go. The plot unfolded like a delicate origami, revealing layers of complexity and depth. Every episode left me hungry for more, and I eagerly pressed the "next" button, eager to unravel the mysteries that lay ahead.

**The Acting**: Ah, the performances! They were nothing short of **spellbinding**. The actors breathed life into their characters, making them feel like old friends. Their expressions, their nuances—each gesture resonated with authenticity. I laughed with them, cried with them, and occasionally shouted at my screen in frustration when they faced obstacles. It's a testament to their talent that I felt so deeply connected.

And let's talk about the **OST**. It was a symphony of emotions—a companion that underscored every poignant moment. The haunting melodies lingered in my mind even after the credits faded. Whether it was a heart-wrenching breakup scene or a stolen kiss under the moonlight, the music elevated the drama to celestial heights.

Now, I must address the naysayers—the ones who dismissed Hotel del Luna as "boring" or "awful." To them, I say: **Watch it again.** Sometimes, beauty lies in subtlety. Perhaps they missed the delicate brushstrokes that painted the canvas of this drama. Or maybe they failed to recognize the quiet power of a stolen glance, a shared memory, or a tearful confession. But I implore them to give it another chance—to peel back the layers and discover the hidden gems.

**Emotion**—that's the heartbeat of this drama. It wrapped itself around me like a warm blanket on a chilly night. The characters' joys became my own; their sorrows etched lines on my heart. When they triumphed, I cheered; when they stumbled, I held my breath. And when love blossomed against all odds, I felt it deep within my soul.

In a world that often feels chaotic and uncertain, Del luna offered solace. It reminded me that love, friendship, and resilience can mend even the most shattered hearts. As the final scene played out, I wiped away tears and whispered a silent thank you to the creators—for crafting a tale that transcended mere entertainment.

So, my fellow viewers, don't merely take my word for it. Dive into Hotel del Luna with an open heart. Let its warmth seep into your bones, and allow its magic to envelop you. For me, it was more than a drama; it was a **balm for the soul**, a reminder that beauty exists even in the mundane.

In conclusion, this drama was not just awesome—it was a **masterpiece**. And as I bid farewell to its characters, I carry their stories with me, etched alongside my own. Thank you, Del luna, for the tears, the laughter, and the unforgettable moments.
