Hwarang was a very.. special drama for me. It was a drama that although I thought was boring at times, had hundreds of plot holes and a pretty unshipable main couple it still has a special place in my heart. The story wasn't the most well written honestly but it was still quite entertaining. What made me love this drama so much was the fact that the friendship between the characters was so well portrayed and played a huge role throughout the whole series. The cast was full of known faces and they all did very well, and maybe the fact that the cast seemed to be quite close in real life is what made their friendship and hardships together so believeable. The last episode definitely showed that as well and made me personally very happy.
If you don't mind a drama with a not so amazing story but interesting and entertaining characters and relationships between those Hwarang is definitely one to watch.
The romance wasn't really that amazing tbh, it was a nice feature but the female lead was often unnecessary and sometimes a little annoying. There was a love triangle for a few episodes but it dissolved pretty quickly.
So my rating of 9.5 really is just because of my very non objective emotional opinion on this drama that made me cry, laugh and cry some more.

Honestly I was scared to watch it at first because a lot of people said it was way too overrated. But I don't think so, I thin Descendants of the Sun was one of the best drama's of 2016 (and all time tbh) As you can see from the rating I gave I'm absolutely in love.
Acting/Cast
I don't think I have to say anything about this. Song Joong Ki is not only a good looking guy but also very talented (everyone who watched his previous work should now that).
This was the first time I saw Song Hye Kyo in a drama and I really liked her as well, she's a very good actress imo

Music
I absolutely loved the OST's for this drama and even downloaded some of them.

Story
The story is the only part were it lacked a bit, mainly because the whole drama wasn't as connected as it could've been. A few episodes were always tied together but then it felt like the whole things before never happened and a new chapter began. Nevertheless it was a good mixture of a hospital, military/action and romance drama.

Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo was the drama I watched whenever everything else got too heavy and I needed something to lighten my mood and make me smile. It was probably the cutest drama I have ever seen. The cast couldn't have been better chosen, perhabs it was because the female and male lead already knew each other but the chemistry was ON POINT. They were cute and supportive and teasing and caring but at the same time fresh and at some points awkward with each other. But this not only made me laugh and smile but also cry at times. It had its deep and sad moments which helped the characters to build an even closer relationship to each other. I would recommend this drama to anyone, really.

Honestly I dropped this drama at first but then continued watching it and the only thing I have to say about it is that the only interesting scenes (at least for me) were the ones with Chang Soo and Ji Yi. The rest of the drama was boring and uninteresting, the romance of the main couple was lacking and the story line was super messy. Overall an okay drama but I'd skip most of it and only watch the romance between Chang Soo and Ji Yi.

Sassy Go Go/Cheer Up is probably one of my favorite dramas ever and that's why:

The Story:
I liked the story (hence the 8.5 rating) but it could've been better as well. I felt like the storyline kept repeating itself throughout the show but it was still well done so I didn't mind it that much.

The Cast:
Honestly I had two reasons why I watched this drama: The first one was because the female lead was supposed to be louder and braver than the regular female lead. The second one was because Eunji was the one who played the main role. As a big Apink fan I just had to watch it obvsly. But in the end I fell in love with every single actor in this drama (especially Ji Soo). They were all capable of portraying their characters perfectly and I had no complaints about the cast.

Music was very fitting and I'll definitely rewatch this someday.
