GOOD GOOD GOOD 3 GOODS!

This is a great show about reviving a romance that even if brief was powerful. Every couple feels special even if their aren't the main one. Couldn't wait for them to go back, so every episode felt too short and the plot moved a bit too slow, but when it did it left me so emotional. OST was strong having mostly cute song, but not something that strong. The acting and production is amazing!

I hated this show and I wanted to love it

After watching "18 again" and loving it, I thought I would enjoy this too... but I hate that they kept the "cuck" vibes for the whole show. I was so perplexed by it that there was a point or I had to start skipping when the love interest of the FL appeared. For such a amazing concept, of a couple finding love again, to be completely ruined by almost having no feelings other than old feelings from the past relationship or feelings of ownership of the partner. Their relationship was cold for the whole show, the FL only starting to actually care for the ML on the second to last episode.

This just warmed my heart

Just Between Lovers delivers one of the best stories with some of the best acting I've seen in dramas. The plot isn't something very unique, being around two characters who experienced a very traumatic event in their lives and now , years later, are fated to be heal and love each other. BUT, what makes the show work is how real the relationships and characters feel. The show even if it touches a lot of sad moments, wasn't a tearjerker at least for me. This is accomplished by how the main relationship holds so much warmth and a sense of unity. I had some problems with the audio, some were probably due to the streaming service that I used, but I know some weren't. In one of the episodes for example, they filmed at a mall and even if the scene asking for a sad moment, they played Adele on the background. It doesn't happen often and it's not something that ruined the show for me, but I felt like it took me out of some important moments.

A Solid Journey of Emotions

This show started by having a weird set-up, where I couldn't imagine myself liking the ML for what he did to the FL and her ex, but the after a while I was proven wrong. It was a unique plot and what seemed like a BIG MESS finished with a pretty closed and fulfilling ending. The acting wasn't superb nor did it stand out for me, but It served the story well enough. The music was great, found myself always finding new songs to listen to almost every episode

VERY GOOD, could be perfect.

This show has a lot to offer and you will probably find something that pleases you- I'm not a big fan of fantasy or action shows, but these themes was worked very tastefully, having also time for the romance and mystery portions of the plot to flourish. The visuals are outstanding and really set a new mark for korean dramas, the overall plot keeps you guessing and looking for the next episode, leaving and ending on a strong moment to lead to the next season (also it didn't leave the first season weak or unresolved to the point of it lessening the enjoyment).
With that said, I found the romance and characters to be a bit annoying, especially in terms of romance. There's almost no chemistry between the two main leads, even if the spend a lot of time together. FL shows more affection to literally any other male character than the ML. There's the classic love triangle, for both the ML and FL but when the FL is constantly showing way more affection and reason to believe she likes the second love interest, to this the ML appears sometimes sad but doesn't act jealous or anything, and the ML's love triangle is almost non existent. It's not enough of a reason to drop the show or ruin it, but I find myself annoyed with their relationship.
The music is pretty good too, I wouldn't say it's enough of a reason to watch( there's other dramas with way more unique or interesting music) but I never felt like it wasn't the right music for the scene.
The acting is amazing obviously when you have some of the most recognizable actors and actresses here. Tho, I don't thing the show has a lot of jaw dropping scenes where you feel emotional with the acting, it just very consistent and believable. Also the FL is very fun to watch, probably one of her best roles yet.

PERFECT SHOW you should watch it 100%

After watching dramas for quite a long time, I can say that to me there's a lot of good shows but few that I can confidently say perfect. And that's why, this is the first drama that I'm re-watching.
You will be addicted from the first episode and it manages to keep the quality the whole run. Looking at the tags, seeing trauma and mental illness you might think it's going to be overly dramatic and at time hard to watch, but you will be surprised, since the plot is actually very funny and wholesome. There are so many questions and motive that you will start guessing from the episode one, be it from main character or side characters. Even small characters have such strong personalities that you can't just ignore them, from the quirky doctor at the hospital to lovable couple of patients. The lead couple hold a interesting relationship, the ML despite being a "good" person, is broken and lives a very limited life, because of that he starts to be moved by the FL, who is after him from the first moment they met.

ANOTHER STRONG POINT. THE. OST. IS AMAZING!! I have it saved and whenever it comes up, I get the feeling I need to re-watch the whole show...

(somewhat SPOILER)
This is not to degrade the show but some of the situation cause by the characters with mental illness were a bit hard to watch again, not sure if its a good or bad thing (example: I was hoping his brother would act differently sometimes because I knew he was causing a problem that would be solved soon, so it felt like a bit of a waste of time( BUT THATS ON ME 100%))
deer jokes never got old!
