Both are queer love stories with a main character able to control/reverse time, with cool vfx when time-travelling. The main theme for both shows is regret and loss with the cost of love, and resetting things to aim for an ideal outcome.

Both are BLs that contain aspects of time travel/looping time to alter an unwanted outcome, and are set in a post-HS setting -- Be My Favorite is set across university and 10 years later, and Triage is set in a medical/university setting. The leads in both shows have good chemistry.
