For me this was such a good palate cleanser when I felt depressed.
I watched the movie version, but it was really easy to watch for me personally.
It's almost kind of like a hallmark movie, but with less conflict. Not much really happened other than the love triangle in the last half, but it was nice to tune out too. The only not so realistic thing perhaps is how someone who never has cooked a day in his life, cooks for this restaurant.
But hey, it did what it needed to do which is to distract me, so I’m not even complaining.
