Leads are childhood friends who grew up together before separating when college came along before reuniting again many years later. ML basically grew up in the FL family, while in Go Ahead, the leads were raised like siblings. FL in both dramas help ML get through childhood trauma and ML has had a crush on FL for many years. They drift apart because of separating for so long and slowly unveil what they went through during that gap. In Love Next Door, FL endured a lot while Go Ahead is the ML endured a lot, both not telling their families what was happening.

Business dramas, FL become stronger and start from the bottom, ML is kind of a mentor along the way. ML has a crush on FL from their school days and haven't seen each other in a long time.

The female leads travel back to the past to their school days and realize that the male leads have always been by their side and they relive events that happen and try their best to change the future that they will live.

Smart and Strong FL and ML. Involves rebels, fighting, recovering cities, and returning peace to the world. Similar vibes except FL is a general in WOL and FL is a business owner in Destined. They all grow to become soulmates. All of them want the world to be at peace and they work towards that goal.

Both FL know the events that will happen and are reliving the story. While the romance of tiger and rose is about the screen writer becoming the main character and trying to stay alive until the ending of her story, she realizes her mistakes and flaws in her story and tries to fix things. In the story of Kunning Palace, the character relives her past and tries to do things differently to change her future and tries to redeem herself by doing things differently this time.

FL goes after ML... In both dramas, FL is interested in the ML because of a misunderstanding... ML is cold... FL is bubbly.. Characters are smart and focused on their careers. Similar vibes in a way but different stories and plotlines. Not that many love triangles and characters are less annoying in Only for Love.

The characters slowly discover that they want something. Both ML understand what they want and have goals that they want accomplish. (In Gen Z, ML (Professor Ren) wants to pass Traditional Medicine to the next generation and wants to teach more people about it. In Meet Yourself, the ML wants to attract more tourists to the village.) Both ML have the ability to make a lot of money but they rather live more meaningful lives and work towards their goals. FL both discover a new way of living. The supporting characters have back stories and experiences that lead them to making a contribution towards the goal.

Both female leads are phoenixes and don’t know about their true background until late in the drama.

FL were workaholics before they experience something disappointing/heartbreaking that causes them to quit their jobs and take a break from life. They begin their journey of reflecting on life with the help of new people they meet.

There’s a passage of time. Starts as high school students —> college students —> briefly as college graduates (careers… marriage… life)

Smart strong leading characters, lots of fighting, all are children of important leaders, Female leads are both orphans who have another identity, male leads are investigating something, there are multiple different sects for both shows, they are on an adventure to finding out secrets...

Female lead goes to another "dimension", and everything starts from the beginning. Both female leads know what is going to happen and tries to change it. In Legally Romance, FL goes back in time 11 years to when she was still a college student and this time, she tries to fix her life. In the Romance of Tiger and Rose, the FL gets trapped in her script and tries to make her story stay on track. In both dramas, the female leads try to set the male leads up with the second female leads but fails to do so. Both dramas are light and funny.
