what is stopping you?
This is the first drama I'm writing review for, BECAUSE MY HEART ACHES SEEING HOW NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT IT.This is one of the few dramas without ANY cliche/cheesy romance, yet really warm and heartwhelming. Not a romcom, but surely enjoyable.
Has a very netflix-y vibe and only has 8 episodes of ONLY 25 MINUTES! It won't even take much time JUST WATCH IT. The actors portrayed it so well, I promise you won't regret (if you are a lover of cringey things, i can't assure but....)
ps: if you are here watching Be Yourself, yes you're in the right path.

SHEN RUOXIN!!!
This was more realistic than other dramas I'd say. the opening was kinda slow, and it gave a vibe like the drama is going to be loooooooooong! but overall it showed the real society, even how the leads took it slow before getting together, is what we actually do in real before getting into an unusual relationship. Shen Ruoxin is my idol love love <33being raised in a single mother's family, i definitely loved it when they appreciated the single mothers! Dylan is my favourite, but I'm not being biased when I say HE REALLY DID WELL.
My mother is a working woman, and I've seen how people treat her at her workplace just because she's in a higher position despite being a woman. if you live in south asia, you surely know what I'm talking about.
The reason why I loved this, is how Shen Ruoxin crawled her way back into where she deserved to stay and how she didn't hesitate for even a moment before doing what she wants. Life is not a fairytale, and that's what it says I think.
