If you liked Close-Knit for it's LGBTQ+ focus, you might also like Last Friends. Both deal with more serious issues like harrasment, suicide, and domestic abuse, and they both have a theme of not-so-conventional families that are formed by choice rather than relation.
These two dramas are seemingly quite different, but I think they have some themes in common, such as people working through various life issues and the characters trying to help each other through it. There's a theme of family here, in Kahogo no Kahako they are related by blood, but in Last Friends, the friends are like family. Last Friends is quite a bit darker in terms of the issues the characters deal with, but if you liked Kahogo no Kahoko, give Last Friends a try!
Both of these have a very similar feel and style, more than a little dark and serious at times, while delving into issues of friendship, love, relationships. If you liked the Nana anime or manga but didn't really like the movie adaptation, give Last Friends a try.
Both of these dramas are about looking for love but also realizing you just might be ok without it too. Both dramas also ask questions about the nature of relationships/marriage/love, while keeping a focus on the career paths of the female leads. In particular, the friendships between the main female characters are the real focus. If you liked one, you'll really like the other!
