The story was a bit blunt. I especially liked the first part in which most of the footage took place on that deserted island, however back in mainland Korea, they stretched it too much in my opinion to finish that total of 16 episodes. However the acting of the actors was quite good to outstanding with some nice OST attached to it.
And what happened to Park Chan Yul as Lee Yul? It felt like he was completely forgotten until that last reference in episode 16, which was a bit disappointing to me.

Surprisingly Enjoyable
I have reconsidered this series multiple time whether I should watch it or not as It's not something I usually watch, however I decided to give it a go as I ran out of series I really wanted to see and I've been pleasantly surprised by this series. The series itself was full of action, drama and a great story. The acting was probably one of the strongest part of the series as all main characters did an outstanding job with Kim Su Hyun as Lady Maeda being the absolute highlight for me. She played her role as a true villain. The story itself had it's few dropdowns at several occassions, but at other times was very unpredictable with an example to the last few shots of the series.
The music however wasn't the highlight of the series and have definitely seen series with better ones.
Regarding the rewatch value, It's something I do not take into account as I never re-watch a series.

The story was well-created and told in a way that it would keep your interests throughout the show, in which they mislead you with different plot twists and side stories, which eventually were connected to the main story itself. By dealing with several crime/rape cases. the producers and directors approached each crime in a different way. For example in one crime, you'll know the culprit immediately, while in others you did not. They did even hire the perfect actors/actresses for specific roles as all three of them exceeded my expectations with their performance, especially Lee Je Hoon's role as Park Hae Young impressed me.
So I definitely recommend you all to watch it if you haven't watched it as of yet. It is totally worth it.

Tong: Memories is a 12 episode series of 15 min. about a group of friends involved in street fighting. The series is outstanding when it comes to their fighting scenes as they are very realistic and pretty much little to no special effects in it. The acting of the actors was up to standard and the music scenes fitted, unfortunately it lacks a bit of a story in it as to me it is very basic.
So if you have spare time or just want to watch it during a short ride in a bus/train or whatever, I would recommend you to watch it.

The series was a bit basic, though there was plenty of action for those who prefer that. I would have preferred if characters were a bit more described, though the film did have some good features in it too as their own soldiers were vulnerable to enemy bullets too. Actors spoke in their language too, so it was not uncommon to hear thai, lao or burmese.
Overal it was an ok movie if you are bored, however do not expect a great piece of filming.

The story had potential and was unique in it's way (which you obviously can read by reading the summary), I found that the producers/directors and writers repeated certain stories over and over again simply to fill in certain episodes to be at least 16 episodes long, while I wished the production went more in depth to their backstories and families surrounding them to really understand the trouble they've been through and understand the stories/anger of certain characters, which they kept vague and were forced to be guessed by us.
Concerning the actors, the cast was enjoyable and Hyun Bin was definitely one of the key holders in this drama, however I was not a fan of Son Ye Jin playing her role as Yoon Se Ri as everything was just too much in any form of emotion that it simply became ''fake''
The music was nothing to comment about it as it was good and enjoyable and I find the ''rewatch'' value always a difficult thing to judge as I never feel like I want to rewatch a series I have already watched, so I just stick to the note I gave for the series myself.
