This drama made me cry…of LAUGHTER
This drama made me cry…of LAUGHTER. The writers are so smart and episode 10 has been the best regarding comedy so far. I seriously don’t understand how the actors keep it together while filming this. This show is bringing back what a real romcom is. romance + COMEDY!
Also I fell in love with the voice of the male lead so bad, it makes me want to learn korean, if he would do the listening excercises, so mesmerizing.
Tune in if you want to have good romance + laughter.

3RD Time watching this drama (totally worth it btw)
This drama is a sweat critic to current k-dramas and how they portray female leads. I believe it also showcases the problems that the Korean society has towards patriarchy. I can't believe the rates for this drama aren't higher.I love the chemistry between the leads and the way they showcase that respect is the first step into building a valuable relationship and it shouldn't revolve about saving a damsel in distress. It also has laugh out loud moments which will make you enjoy it and romance is obviously a part of the equation.
Enemies to fake dating to lovers.
Just watch it if you want a bit of taste of what it actually is to be a women en Korean society.

This drama made me realize I don't want to be an extra in life.
I love the concept of "extra" characters that realize they can be the protagonist of their own story. The concept was a new idea that is not usually shown in K-dramas. The main leads won my heart episode by episode, some people say the series could be shorter and I agree but it doesn't take out the essence that this k-drama is great, original and contains a great message for the audience. As the title follows this drama belongs to the "extraordinary" great concept, great acting + Rowoon as a male lead, just give it a go if you are feeling like you have been only an extra in your life lately.

Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda as Taylor Swift says
This show was a great promise from the trailers on Netflix. I loved how they tried to showcase that sometimes happy endings aren't the marriage itself. I laughed out loud with the first episodes, Kim Soo Hyun is an amazing actor, and if they had led him interpret the character as he did with the improvised scenes he pulled off, the character would have made so much sense.I loved it at the first episodes because it brought the sitcom factor into a kdrama that is not often seen in romantic genres. I would have enjoyed it so much if they left it that way and didn't start all the unnecessary drama plot lines that threw off attention from the actual problem, the marriage between the leads.
Started it for the comedy but finished it because of the crush I have on Kim Soo Hyun, take it or leave it.

Expected Greys Anatomy Vibes but it didn't deliver
I love that k-dramas are addressing mental health issues, as well as pressure of having success in their society. This drama is good in a way that needs to address this in Korean society. Other than that I expected that if both leads were doctors we would get more interactions of them in the hospital, the pressure that comes with being a doctor and how your job is responsible for human lives.Taking into consideration that many doctors deal with so much due to their job, it would have been more interesting that they developed the drama from that pov, but they didn't.
Has cute moments, laughed at embarrassing moments as well, but believe that high school flashbacks were unnecessary.

Debunking Korean Beauty Standards
I like that this show is based on a webtoon that tries to make the female lead more relatable to watchers. We always get gorgeous female leads and unattainable beauty standards that come with it. It's an 8 because I wished they have centered more in a journey of self love instead of a love triangle.Speaking of love triangles I wished they had given more development to one of the characters in this sense, and also why no one ever talks about weight issues or eating disorders that the Korean population has? It would have been an interesting arc.
It's a good binge watch.

Sci-Fi turned into a romcom
I get why this is a Kdrama classic, it's original, the story actually has a plot and it was well developed in 20 episodes. I believe that watching this in 2024 will make you question how the male lead treats the female lead in some occasions, but just get that this was 11 years ago, so obviously we have evolved in humor (for the better) since.Kim Soo Hyun get's to sing some of the OST, which I find beautifully performed in some of the last episodes. Give it a try if you want to find out why this was such a hit in Korea.

The K-drama that got me into K-dramas
The K-drama that got me into K-dramasThis show is amazing, totally worth the hype. I used to watch k-dramas casually but this drama is what got me into this world.
The story is amazing I love the acting, the innovative soundtrack and "queer" factor that we don't usually see. You should watch it if you are up to a great laugh, good music, and a bit of romance.
Just go for it.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times (2024 review)
This drama is the first 10/10 I have seen in a while.I really enjoyed watching the main characters develop into adults achieving every single one of their dreams.
The story is very well written with a bitter sweet ending. It talks about first love as what it should be… a first love, a memory, and that’s what we get through the diaries. It is a story that hits close to my heart and will always remember. This k-drama is different from what we are used to, found myself screaming, crying, laughing all at the same time.
What I also found fascinating was the accuracy they had regarding the historical events at the time, it matched to what was happening at the 90s/early 2000s. It felt way more realistic with this factor in mind.
My favorite male lead by far from all the dramas I’ve watched.
Give it a go if you need to have a good cry.

I almost got fired because I just had to finish this show (on youtube btw)
I got goosebumps since the first episode, great character development and storyline. The drama is so good you just can't stop watching. The storyline is intense and not your typical "hero gets everything right" happy ending. I loved this show, it's amazing and everyone gave great performances.
One of the only shows that for me is a 100/10

The fangirl inside me is screaming right now
I love that shows are bringing back fangirls what they want. As a former Wattpad writer of One Direction Fanfics, I can say I'm totally pleased with this drama. It has everything, cuteness, laugh out loud moments, the handsome 2m tall cute boyfriend. It's like someone made the wish I had when I was 13 years old come true.If you used to (or still) fangirl like crazy over boybands, actors, or anything. Go ahead, this is your show. Don't expect anything else.
Enjoy!
