Pure and sweet
I found this randomly on Viki and decided to give it a shot. I’m so happy I did! It easily rose to be one of my favorite dramas. It’s a great watch if you want something pure and light. A good palate cleanser and dose of serotonin. If you’re able to embrace some of the cheesiness and “eh” production value it has an interesting plot, good characters, and great chemistry. I did cry but it was a good cry I swear haha
It’s a quick watch and there’s not a feeling of the plot dragging on but it feels complete. I mean obviously I could watch several more series about these two but it’s tied up nicely with a bow.

Right to the top of my list
Get your heart and tear ducts ready. This series is so GOOD. I can understand why people want a season two and I think that would be great! But there's something refreshing about the simplicity as well. While it has all the tropes we love like cohabitation and the Final Running Scene, it doesn't include some of the more overdone ones like miscommunication and ridiculous jealousy from jumping to conclusions (tho that can amusing sometimes lbr). It's a simple story about two people who had their lives intertwined by fate/chance. You watch them fall for each other slowly as their orbits grow closer together until they finally get caught in each other's gravity. There is a bit of a "twist" at the end that made my fangirl heart break but then the series puts a bandaid on it, kisses your forehead, and apologizes with a sweet, happy ending.I definitely recommend this to anyone who likes sweet love stories. It's an easy, feel-good watch with attractive, talented leads. It left me feeling warm and fuzzy and hopefully it leaves you feeling that way too.

Still my favorite series!
This is by far my favorite BL series. Even though it is relatively short, I never felt like it was being rushed or leaving out important parts of the story. The development of the relationship and the chemistry between the characters was spot on. And to top it all off, that KISS THO.Overall a very sweet, satisfying story with a happy ending I recommend to anyone into BL.
Also I rated the music a 10 but honestly I was too distracted by everything else to really notice it haha. I assume it was great like the rest of the series.

Solid story about college friends and their love lives
I like the plot of this series! There are a lot of moving parts but it never felt overwhelming. And for the most part, each couple got their screen time. I will say, Saen and Aii were by far my favorite couple to watch and I think there could have been more focus on them. One thing I think was lacking in this series was the on-screen chemistry. It's obvious from the plot and the script that the couples are in love. The acting seemed to fall short of that tho. I say that with love because it was fun to watch! I do feel that the plot did require more chemistry to be properly pulled off.
I'm surprised how much they squeezed into 12 episodes tbh and overall I would recommend it! If you like love stories, sports stories, college stories, this has all of that. Including heartache and a happy ending. I don't know if I would watch it again but I enjoyed watching it thru this time!

Does the fluff outweigh the rest??
I'm pretty split on how I feel about this series tbh. It has all the aspects of a good BL: fluff, great shots, good music, love triangle. I was very much looking forward to watching it! What made it difficult to watch (and made me pause it a couple of times) was the level of bullying that was present. I get that bullying a trope in BL and normally I'm all for the soft MC melting the love interest's cold, icy exterior. This went beyond that. Here is a boy so clearly smitten (even if it does give stalker vibes) and doing everything he can to spend time with the one he loves. Who, time after time, year after year, treats him harshly. Kiyoi's narrative does help us to empathize with him but doesn't make up for his cruelty in my opinion. Seeing him be harsh to Hira when all Hira wanted was to be close to him was disheartening in a way I don't feel the ending made up for. There's also supposed to be a love triangle but as soon as I saw how sweet and caring Koyama was towards Hira there was no doubt in my mind that they should be together. They shared their love of photography and Koyama was open with his affection.I take BL with a grain of salt bc a lot of the time there can be problematic stories and characters, it comes with the genre. I'm willing to overlook that most of the time if there's redemption and/or a satisfying ending. In this case there weren't enough of either for me to feel optimism for Hira and Kiyoi's relationship. And there's never any follow up about Koyama who had his heart broken and lost his best friend in one fell swoop.
Overall it ticks a lot of the BL boxes and if you're fine with the bullying trope then it can be a fun watch.
