When I was watching this drama I didn't understand anything that was happening and at the end I was like what the fuck did I just see?

You know in Japan it is super important to get married and we all know that. But being with a person with whom you cannot have sex or children for 5 years, what the hell, don't even get married for that.

The office kiss scene was very sensual but they really put it in if nothing was going to happen. I think the best thing would have been for her to divorce him and be with her co-worker who he liked and was sexually attracted to.

You know this is a serious problem, and I know it from experience with my ex-boyfriend. You begin to feel that you are the one who has a problem, instead of noticing that the one who has a problem is the man.

My ex-partner couldn't have sex with me, no matter how hard I tried. I remember watching this drama a long time ago, but I didn't finish it because I didn't like Makjang very much at the time. I still don't like it, but since it was a very popular drama at the time and it had nothing to do with it, I watched it.

I really have a hate/love relationship with Maroo. At first he is a complete son of a bitch, he didn't care at all, not even if he was extremely cruel or used any method to fulfill revenge on him. I loved Eun Ki in the first part, she was despotic but also kind, extremely intelligent but unfortunately she fell into Maroo's trap, and she ended up falling in love with him. Which I think was her worst downfall. Later, thanks to her lack of memory (this didn't really bother me much because in the Makjang, too many exaggerated things tend to happen) she becomes a docile woman. I wish she didn't end up with Maroo in the end, he really didn't deserve her and after all the hurt she had done to him on purpose.

Regarding Jae Hee, I hated her from the beginning to the end. I really tried to figure out her thoughts but I could never get an answer as to what she really intended to do or what she was feeling.

I think I'm very hard on Maroo, but honestly if it were me, I wouldn't have forgiven him. I don't know, maybe I would have preferred to get back at him a little.

The performances were excellent, as was the OST. You won't find anything new if you watch this, but it serves to pass the time and has actually aged quite well. What I didn't like was the rushed ending. But hey, it's a Makjang, I couldn't wait much.

I would see again? Probably not. I love Song Joong Ki and if you watch this you can see that her acting skills are on another level. But since I didn't like him character, even though he played it wonderfully, I wouldn't be able to watch it again.

Totally a disaster.

If the directors and scriptwriters intended to be scary and terrifying, they didn't succeed at all.

I can say that the only redeemable chapter was the first episode. It didn't scare me at all, but the story was interesting. You know, my father has always told me "there will be no doors that you won't be able to close later." So that saying from my father fits perfectly with the first episode.

Well I went into this drama blind, I was only watching it because of Dori Sakurada (please make Dori Sakurada, have more main roles and not supporting roles).

At first he didn't understand Shinonome, he clearly hated her and considered her a despicable and disgusting woman but he continued to intervene in the relationship that Maejima had with her boss. He used a lot of emotional and sexual blackmail to trap Maejima in her trap.

When you get deeper into the story you realize why Shinonome hated her so much and wanted her to pay. But there is something contradictory here, it was actually the fault of Maejima's boss for being unfaithful to his wife. Maejima simply messed with him because she was a very lonely woman and the boss took advantage of her feeling of loneliness to cheat on his wife. Later Shinonome had also had an extramarital relationship with his boss's wife. So they were basically in the same boat, so Shinonome had no right to judge Maejima so much.

I understand that he understood that his beloved wanted her to be happy and that she is not willing to leave to her husband . But he targeted the wrong person and was also a bit (quite) hypocritical because he was doing the same thing as Maejima, if not worse.

But when Maejima goes to see a house, she realizes that Shinonome had captured everything she planned to do with that project. So she realizes that Shinonome hasn't forgotten her at all and that he loves her.

So she goes to see him and they get together and finally start a healthy relationship, without lies involved.

The drama is short and interesting because the main characters are complex, there is no black or white in them, there are shades of gray.

I recommend it? Yes, it's short and the story is interesting and when I don't have anything to watch that's interesting to me, I go back to watch it.
The acting is very good and there are never any cringe scenes. And there is a palpable chemistry between the two.

So if you want to watch a short but still interesting drama, I recommend it.

I read the manga first so I knew what I was going to find ?

The protagonist is annoying, but since I read the manga I wasn't expecting much. Actually in the manga she is even more annoying, but Haruka softened the character quite a bit in the drama. So she wasn't so annoying to me.

I don't agree that there was no chemistry. I don't know how he does it but Dori Sakurada always makes it work.

I really don't understand why they compare this to 50 Shades of Grey. I mean Dori Sakurada's character was not a sadomasochist nor did he want rough sex. She was actually quite sweet, even in the sensual scenes. Maybe they compare it because the protagonist was virginal and Dori Sakurada's character was a rich CEO. I'm probably the only one who enjoys watching this drama and I liked it.

When I started watching it I didn't even read the reviews and even if I read the reviews I don't tend to go by them. Since in 2024 very popular dramas have been made but I didn't like them at all. So I always tend to keep things simple and watch the dramas for myself to see if I really like it or not.

I liked the protagonist. She had personality and determination. It was fun to see in the first part how the protagonist fought with the protagonist constantly, his failed attempts to win her over (because in the end he ended up falling in love with her) and his attempts to separate his brother from the protagonist. They had a pretty funny and entertaining hate/love relationship.

The second part may be the hardest. Many say there were senseless dramas. I don't think that was the case.
If you know anything about Korean culture, you will know that they do not accept homosexual people, they see them as disgusting people. Given this premise, you can understand why Do han is so persistent in wanting to go ahead with the wedding, even though Ah Jung did not want to because had fallen in love with Ji han, untilpoint that he is too selfish and does not take into account the feelings of Ah Jung or Ji Han. But it is understandable, he is afraid of public scrutiny and the reaction of his family if they found out that he was gay.

Here comes the protagonist, the only person with neurons that work well besides the doctor who was in love with her, who doesn't believe anything about curses or things like that at all. Even though she develops feelings for him, she rejects him completely for fear that something will happen to him because of "her fault."But the protagonist is persevering with her and in the end he opens her heart to her but him suffer a car accident happens to him that causes he car to break down and although he lies to her so she doesn't continue thinking that she has a curse or it is her fault, she feels again afraid and left him.

Meanwhile, he talks to her mother and explains to her that she is not to blame for anything and has no curse, but by not allowing her to be with other men and limiting her feelings, the one who hurts her is herself and her beliefs. Since after the whole truth is discovered, she is not happy. She has been left alone just like Hee Joo.

Many think that Goo Hae-won should have called the police and Hee Joo should have gone to jail but how long would it have lasted? Two years? It's not enough punishment for what he did.

Goo Hae-won gave him a worse life, a true living hell. Without the love of her husband or her children, she was completely alone, without love and without luxuries. Turning her life into a complete living hell.

I was looking for something to watch and stealthily this series appeared. She was looking at her without much expectation, really. But it's very good, it's short because there are only 9 chapters and the episodes only last 30 minutes so you watch it in one sitting.

The only annoying thing for me was the side stories. Generally I like to see secondary stories apart from the main one. But it didn't happen here, I think they were quite unnecessary and boring to watch.

I think I cried at this story when I was 15. How time flies! Now I am 28 years old.

I decided to write this review because I suddenly remembered Miura and it was Koizora that made me meet him.

So he felt obligated to be with Narumi, out of a feeling of guilt because she said she had no friends (that in the manga is a lie, Narumi did have friends) and he used a lot of emotional tack to keep him as long as she could.

But to his surprise, this ended when he realized that he was really losing Futaba, the only one who made him happy. So he himself decided to cut off relations with Narumi. I really liked him when Narumi asks him if he ever liked him and he gives a resounding "no."Ouch, that must have hurt hahaha but she deserved it for being manipulative.

I also really liked Futaba's attitude, with Kou it was always "you rejected me, so don't think about seeing my stupid face again." It was really difficult for Kou to get Futaba back because she was quite reticent towards him.

Futaba tried really hard to make things work out with Kikuchi, she felt guilty and tried not to make Kikuchi feel insecure. But here I want to say that Kikuchi was quite manipulative too, he practically forced Futaba to give him an answer, even though she reiterated that she still had feelings for Kou but he still forced Futaba, to the point that her friends, especially one, he couldn't stop treating herlike a slut, making Futaba feel worse. You know, she was clear to you from the beginning and she never guaranteed anything, what the hell did you expect? lol That's why I didn't feel bad at all when Futaba broke up with him, since he brought this on himself by wanting to force things.

Teenagers are just that, teenagers. They can make mistakes a thousand times and still learn. Meeting new friends that make your life more bearable and a lot of crazy things we do when we are in love, especially if you are a teenager.

Don't expect very mature attitudes, when they are that. Teenagers.

I really enjoyed it, everyone acted well and I really felt like I was watching the manga in real people because they even tried hard to make the actors look as physically similar as possible.

I really enjoyed this drama! I think it gave a good adaptation to the manga compared to the movie.

I am a huge fan of Strobe edge. It was the first manga I read by Io Sakisaka and I loved it.

The story is very simple and cliché actually but I still like the manga that give off innocence such as the first love and everything that this entails but when I saw the cast I knew that it would not work and I was not wrong.

Arimura does not strike me as a good actress. She has seen her in other dramas and she always has the same face. She is not expressive at all and she was not a good choice to represent Ninako. She never conveyed the sweetness of the real Ninako to me. She just looked like a girl without expression.

And Sota ... I'm sorry but she doesn't seem like a good actor either. I love Ren and maybe that's why it was painful for me to see him play him because he didn't do a good job.

Neither of them had chemistry and they didn't convey anything to me.

I would really only recommend that you stick with the manga and that's it.

This movie exists because the drama was a disaster.

When I made my review, I stated that the biggest conflict that existed was between the director (who did what she wanted) and the author (whose ideas and calls were not respected).

Considering this and with an angry Korean audience it was normal that they wanted to do a "compensatory".

I really have no idea why some actors agreed to be in the movie and others didn't but the webtoon was portrayed in a good way. Of course, if you compare it to the drama, it seems very little. But it's not that bad, it's just not a big deal and it was noted that it was made to calm the waters a bit. That if, if you don't know the story previously, you will surely think "What the hell am I seeing?" because it's quite confusing trying to suppress so much in such a short time.
