When I started this drama I didn’t know what to expect. But it was quite a fun watch. The beginning gave me ‘Bring it on Ghost’ (2016) vibes with her being a ghost and him being the only one who can see them. The magistrate’s character was one of my favourite parts of this drama. His character development is so good, he went from someone who wanted to avoid everybody’s drama and do his own thing, to a magistrate who looks out for the town’s people. And it’s all thanks to Arang who turned him around. I’m always soft for cold male protagonists who are only soft for their love interest.

I will admit it was a chore to watch some episodes, but it was still good enough to push on. We still had so many mysteries to unravel!
Overall, there were so many things I loved about the show.

- there was no second female lead (apart from the Shaman). aka no other girl interested in the Magistrate, no girl stirring up trouble
- so many fun fantasy themes I love! ghosts, grim reapers, gods, fairies, etc.
- the romance was slow in the middle of the show but once both admitted to their feelings, they were such a strong couple. I loved it
- always love a male lead protecting his love interest, I live for that

After finishing this show, I have so much love for it. So so glad I watched it. I wouldn’t say it was a ‘binge-worthy’ show, but I did truly enjoy it
